Very cool receptionists made us feel most welcome and were always ready to help. Location is super central, 3min walk to Bayfront Park (for those who attend UMF), 10min walk to bars/food, etc... supermarket across the street. Easy communication with the staff, you can order groceries before arriving to get a full fridge, email support answers within a couple minutes, even on weekends or at night. Amazing facilities, heated pool, gym, chillout area, high quality fourniture in the appartment, large balcony. Noise insulation was pretty good, no construction works, planes or festival music tests heard while balcony doors were shut!

Couch-bed mattress was a bit soft, for those with back-issues make sure to go for the bed, but that's more of a general tip as it applies to almost every couch-bed...

Everything about Mint House was exceptional from the Downtown/Bay View to the facility pool. The ease of the location being in downtown very close to everything from the arena to the beach and shopping center. The quick responses with questions I had really made me feel welcomed. Definitely will book in the near future.

you have to pay for valet parking $40 per night, the garage across the street is $42 per night. It would be nice to know about it before we stayed there not when they messaged me 24 hours before my reservation.

stayed here for Ultra Miami and location was fantastic, it took 5 minutes to walk home after the festival. Beautiful space with modern design and comfy beds, lots of room, secure and safe building. Beautiful pool.

the only thing they could have done better is bring us fresh towels/bedding after a few days. we stayed for 5 nights and only had staff come to our door on the first day.

Furnishings appeared brand new and very modern and tasteful. Kitchen was properly equipped for our sushi doordash. Perfect location to stay the night before our cruise at the nearby cruise terminal. Excellent value.

Operating the elevator required a key-fob, and there were two of them waiting for us in the room. Security let us on the elevator for the first trip up, but we needed the fob after that. For some reason, the fob never worked. We tried both. Security also tried and they couldn't make it work either. We either had to get security to operate the elevator for us each time or jump on with someone else, get off on their floor, and walk the rest of the way up the stairs. (Our room was on the 21st floor........) Not sure what the problem was, but we weren't there long enough to figure it out.

2nd Stay here. Excellent, homely, comfortable, clean, really fancy space. Loved the bathroom! kitchen was on point and modern, smart tv and we could login into netflix. Wifi seemless. Beds comfy...king size and sofa bed was as good as a regular bed. 22nd floor was good. Serene environment. Like 3mins walk to large grocery store ( Whole Food) 10-15mins walk to Waterfront market. Not far to other malls...like Dolphin and Aventura Nice glass view from room as well. Liked the walk in closet. Room looks better than in pictures. Enough pillows, sheets, towels.

The 22nd floor view wasn't exciting. Stuck between other tall building apartments. Hanging light in room wasn't functional. Kept flickering...

clean, updated and well furnished , right across the street from Whole Foods grocery store, walking distance to many things, Mint House staff quickly responded and handled some issues with air con and a toaster, nice pool area, apartment well equipped

no coffee-had tea and creamers the apartment is in the Muse high rise-(mint house is the company that owns condo apartments across the country) and the front desk staff lost/delayed delivering several packages we had delivered -kind of odd but once we got Mint house involved -they found all of them! (otherwise the staff was friendly and helpful!)

We really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful spacious and modern apartment with everything you need. The view from the balcony was awesome and my wife and I really enjoyed having coffee and breakfast there. The location itself was great too - walking distance to most things in downtown Miami including Bayside Marketplace which we visited multiple times. We plan to return to Miami again soon and will definitely be booking Mint House again!

No real complaints - parking is a bit expensive but that's Miami for you.

Apartment is located in downtown Miami, convenient to see the city for one or two days, property is very modern, nicely renovated, spacious with 1 bedroom and big living / kitchen. Great large balcony, good to sit and relax. Large washing machine and dryer. There is no personnel who meets you, but customer service in the phone is very friendly and arranges fast solutions on the ground. Nice swimming pool in the common area.

While the property was generally quite clean, there were eventual dirty spots like hair in the sofa, spots on the sofa linen, disgustingly dirty knives in the kitchen. Suggest to have a more extensive cleaning checklist. Water temperature in the shower was too low - just mildly warm, uncomfortable for longer stay. Price / quality was reasonable for high season, but too expensive otherwise.

The property is well located in Miami Downtown. The building is pretty new and stylish, the apartment was big and well decorated with a comfortable bed and views of the city and partially, the Bay Area. Everything was clean. The appliances work well. There were two small water boxes with cookies for greetings, tea, coffee and bathroom amenities.

Even though they I booked with the option "pay later" they automatically took the money from my credit card. There's no real personal from Mint, just the building concierge when you arrive for check-in. The digital doorknob was almost discharged since I arrived and in fact, just when I left the apartment, you couldn't access anymore because the charge was so low it couldn't operate. There's no everyday cleaning so you must tidy up by yourself. The swimming pool was positioned in an area where sunlight is direct just for a few hours in the morning. Again, there was nobody for the check-out. Pretty expensive for so little service.
