The bed!!! top top !! if fell like in heaven! the location of this Hotel is reallyy good, right infront of bay side, next to some shopping areas. i recommend it!

The check in, we were never inform about the facilities or amenties of the hotel. No “there is a pool and its located and …floor” or “ their is a spa” Nothing, this lady just hand us the keys and said our room number, we had our car parked in their parkinglot and untill the last day (same lady who check us in) say oh you can also use the other door to the valet which is closer! while we were checking out!! she didn’t had any customer service skill.

We arrived a bit late due to flight delays, but when we arrived after a long day, we were greeted with smiles and attentiveness. check in was a breeze. our room was very clean, and the beds were surprisingly comfy. we stayed 1 night as we were set to go on a cruise the next morning. which the location is 7 min to the port and there is so much entertainment close by that if you were to stay more than 1 night you would have a great time. They offer 2 complimentary breakfast and kids eat free. food on the menu was good and plenty.

At the front of the Hotel is this mega puddle and no way around it. Assuming that when it doesn't rain it is no problem; but it always rains so it's a problem. Due to the amount of people that stay there to be close to the port, lobby can get a bit crowded and loud. children with sensory issues will not enjoy the crowed and noise. aside from those things the hotel was the right choice for the night.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They were kind in answering all of my questions and assisting where need be. This goes for the restaurant staff (especially Nicole) as well as the front staff. There was one guy in particular that always greeted me warmly with a smile. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name or else I'd give him a shout out.

It would have been good to know prior to arriving that the pool was closed for renovations. It would also have been nice to have a mini-fridge in the room. Also, and this applies industry-wide, there should be better accommodations made with regards to late check out. Holding our bags is great, but what if you have a later flight (for instance mine was at 7:30pm) and don't have plans. If a customer can prove that they have a late flight at booking or check-in, they should be permitted a later check out (more than an hour if necessary) for free because we can't control flights.

Great breakfast and value for money, location fantastic as plenty of bars restaurants and ideal for cruise terminal pay the extra for the room with a view definitely worth it

We arrived two days before heading over to the gulf coast, returned after a week for one night, took a cruise and stayed two more nights on our return. The location is spot on for the Bayside Shopping and there is a train system directly to the rear that is free of charge. We also used the car park at the rear which was useful and well protected. To be fair, the hotel is showing its age these days. I last stayed in 2008 and the rooms are much the same, the bathrooms and air conditioning could use updating. The latter it gets too cold or too hot with little scope to regulate. The bathroom is tatty, but the rooms were cleaned well. The staff were excellent and more than helpful. Breakfast was a pleasure and presented buffet style with plenty of options available. Staff seemed willing and wanting to help whenever asked. The business suite was first rate and very quick too.

The location was perfect, lots of restaurants within walking distance. Ms. lily in the restaurant was fabulous, made me and my husband the best margaritas! The food in the restaurant was good, not very many options but the quesadillas were very yummy. A gentleman named “Ice” at the front desk was also very helpful and happy to assist with anything.

The staff were really nice and kind. We were staying at this hotel because we were going on a cruise. Originally we were only going to stay one night but our cruise got pushed back so we need an extra day to stay. I called the hotel and they was very understanding and gave me another night for free. I am so happy that we got the extra night because there were 22 of us. I stayed at this hotel twice and the first time was also a great stay. I also really like the older man that park the cars in the back at night. He was so nice and so friendly. He and the staff at the hotel wer nicest people that I met in Miami. I definitely recommend this hotel if I ever come back to Miami I would be staying here again.

The only thing that I did not like was that there was no free breakfast. But other than that I have no complaints about this hotel.

The room was quite spacious. Staff helped with the extra roll away bed. The location was quite central and close to hop on hop off bus stops and opposite to bayside market place. The NY celebrations were just around the corner which we could join in and walk back quickly to the hotel.

We are a family of four and had to pay for two extra breakfasts during our stay plus taxes plus tips. The room included only two. That added to our costs plus the parking was expensive too.

Enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very nice and were wonderful with my 10 year old son.

Furniture and carpets look dated. The benches in the lobby had tears in the cushions. A little would go a long way to make the lobby more appealing. Update the furniture there first, then update floor by floor. Given the location, hotel could be a goldmine.

Room was clean and comfortable. We received the breakfast with our room. It was incredible. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Location is ideal for cruising. Plenty of food and shopping at Bay Market within walking distance (a very short walk.)

Our view was of one but of the big lights outside - which wasn't terrible. We weren't there for the view - but the light was a little annoying. The bathroom was smaller than I expected. I think, overall, for the value - everything was fine. We got a good rate at a hotel that was a little older than the massive hotels nearby. All we needed was a place near the port.
