I loved the staff. Very accommodating. We arrived at 11pm, exhausting our flight. The staff had our room ready for us as promised. I also love the location. Very quiet with a great pool area.

I did not like how the signs clearly said no eating or drinking around the pool and yet people were doing it to the point I had to clean the pool myself to get cigar wrappings and a beer can out of the pool. Someone needs to reinforce the rules. There was a lot of left hair in the bathroom from the previous occupant. I’m assuming they used the blow dryer and the hair was left everywhere. It was gross. I did not know we had to request housekeeping, but it was fine. I ended up cleaning my room myself and left it clean enough to make it easier for the staff once we checked out. For those of you reading this, you need to do that too. At least gather your trash, put it in a bag, and also make a neat pile on the floor of your used towels and bedding.

This is the second time my boyfriend and I have stayed here and honestly I don’t have many complaints. The stay was overall very pleasant, nice staff, and fairly clean. We will definitely be staying again. it’s a plus that our room came with a balcony, that’s probably our favorite part of the entire place.

Only thing I’d say is the shower heads could definitely use a replacement. The water would come out weird as in getting really hot randomly that I could not control and the water was coming out sputtery so the pressure should be checked. And maybe the shower floors could use a better scrub. Tip: the inexpensive cleaning agent Chloralen bleach and a magic eraser does WONDERS for hard to clean stains and anything in between. Try it out ;) Also a bummer that not all rooms come with microwaves, I wish they did!

Fairly new property with easy access to the highway. The room was a very good standard and the price was competitive. The front desk manager was friendly and answered all of our questions with a friendly manner at all times. The breakfast was made to order and was a very good standard compared to other places. an earlier review had me concerned I’d misunderstood our booking but it was included and nicer than most places in my experience. We had a late appointment in Miami so the 12 checkout time was helpful for us as well.

We swam in the pool but it felt like it could be cleaner. The pumps were off at the time we swam which allows some leaves and small bits from nearby vegetation to linger in the water longer than would be possible if the filter was left on longer. The spa was blocked off.

Stayed only overnight so didn’t really use pool or any thing else at hotel. The room was pretty clean and it was nice size. Beds were comfy and it had a small fridge. Plenty of free parking and perfect for the purpose of my trip due to being right around the corner of the location I needed to go to. Although I’m a Marriott rewards member and they advertise booking through them always gets you lowest rate, that was not the case on this reservation. I got best rate @ Bookings.com

For me it was perfect location, but it is out of the way. Not much within walking distance. It’s mostly office buildings all around that area. It is right off the turnpike. Food options at hotel were very limited so I can’t attest to food quality. However, I got a plain croissant in the morning which cost almost $5 with tip, and asked for it to be warmed up. When I got up to my room opened up the container it was almost completely burned. No hand soap or paper towels in women’s bathroom in hotel lobby. At night someone was smoking weed near my room. The smell was pretty strong and I also heard some arguing & loud talking coming from hallway or room near mine for a few hours, so it was a bit hard to get to sleep.

The hotel is excellent, the room was nice: big and comfortable bed, beaautiful view at a lake (4th floor), good price (we booked it 2 days before our trip and it was cheaper than the average price around and gave a really good quality).

The water went down in the bath soooo slowly, but we didn't have any quality issue. The location is not the best, it you need a hotel in Miami, it will be far from the center, but we were travelling through Miami so it was even better not to stat at a busy area.

I liked the friendly staff. They were trying to help except for check-in at night. But the rest of the staff was friendly. The room was not too small, and the bathroom was not super tiny. The gym was tiny though.

Tiny Gym, the bathroom did not have a very clean bathtub. Some hairs on floor. Everything else was good. Beds were a little hard and not very comfortable.

day workers are sincerely nice and try to help you as much as they can. The beds are comfy and the room are big enough. Gym and breakfast are also a good point

The night woman worker we had was such a mean person, we arrived to check-in, and ask if they still have rooms for another night, she automatically said no, but when I checked online, I saw the hotel was almost empty and I easily booked a room. The pool is a bit dirty The location is far from everything

Maria checked us in with a friendly and helpful smile. Our super clean and quiet room had a nice view of the pool and a lagoon beyond. We were tired so did a dinner take away from the Bistro in the lobby and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of our burgers, salad and fries (as some of the food was prepackaged microwave). Our beds and pillows were comfortable. Checkout was easy assisted by Gonzalo who also helped to weigh a preflight suitcase for us.

Breakfast included in our room rate was disappointing for me. Few choices of small portions of prepackaged microwave food. Including one cup of coffee OR a little bottle of juice. Also, one cup of coffee available in your room.

How clean it was and the size of the room is perfect for two people

The employee who received us last night. He didn’t even say hello. He said ID when we arrived and then he said you have no reservation under this ID. He was VERY RUDE.
