Front desk person (looks like Clay Aiken) was great & accommodating. The room was clean, soft pillows, daughter loved pool & hot tub. The cafe had great food & portions for the value. The male server was friendly and provided great service. Housekeeping personnel were also friendly & quick to resolve room issues.

First room assigned the window shades didn't work, second room assigned had only 1 bed then 3rd room the phone didn't work. Fortunately Clay Aiken lookalike provided us free breakfast vouchers. The female cafe server was not friendly & seemed not wanting to be there. She intentionally tried to ignore me as I was trying to get her attention while she was eating a bag of chips( unprofessional).

The staff. Melanie at the front desk was amazing. She is definitely a people person. She made sure me & my family were well taken care of. She is awesome. Also, I hope I get his name right, Cliff was very nice to. Our bathtub would not drain so he let us shower in the room next door. Again I will definitely be back to stay again. They even gave us a complimentary breakfast do to our inconvenience.

renovations going on and no desk personnel in sight. had to holler for them to come out. they could at least have a bell on the counter! walls very thin. could hear construction going on early in morning.

The front office staff is exceptional especially Mr Cliff he’s my all time favorite I’ve missed him & the lady that was there when I initially checked in was equally superb and helpful while I left my luggage in the holding area while I walked 2 blocks for lunch as I waited for my rental car to be delivered . Value is good for the money room looks updated and clean and welcoming

Some of the guests were noisy possibly going to breakfast early but I did appreciate my corner 3rd floor room on the back end

We have stayed here before and the location was perfect for our needs. The beds / pillows are comfortable! The front office staff is great!

The restaurant - we had a meal cooked to order and while it was great the wait staff was obviously brand new. I think she needs a lot more training. Disappointed that for Honor Members there was no free continental breakfast.

It was a great place to stay. I drove up from St Augustine the day before for a flight out of JIA. I left my car for 5 days at the hotel and took the hotel shuttle to the airport. It was perfect. The parking fee was very reasonable.

I didn’t know until the day before I arrived that the dining room was closed due to renovations. There was very limited food available in the snack area in the lobby. Had to leave and get something to eat.

Maids cleaning service, the hotel reception staff during check in and check out, and shuttle driver all were friendly, and provided good customer service

Many rooms that I looked at smelt of mold mildew when the air conditioning unit fan was turned on. The laundry room was not conveniently located for customers. The continental breakfast was very limited. The night stand lights were very limited, The rooms lighting was dark & dingy.

Great location , close to shopping and restaurants, will stay there again definitely

When working in hospitality, customer service skills are rated very high ,and is your #1 job. I just feel the certain members of your team that works on your 3rd shift, whether it's 10-6 or 11-7, needs to tighten up a little bit, when dealing with people. Everyone working with people, should leave problems, attitudes and issues, when going to work.

No shuttle from the airport was provided. My plane arrived after 11PM and promptly called your desk. Basically they said tough luck. You should do a lot better than this.

The pool and hot tub could have stayed open a bit longer...like 10pm and maybe an ADULTS ONLY I love kids but I love my alone time too 😁
