Breakfast was always on point. Room was huge. Shower was amazing.

Only 2 towels of each type (women always need more towels). You had to hunt down housekeeping to get more towels, tissues, etc. Layout of room was odd. King bed, table, and loveseat were on one side of room, leaving an enormous (~15'x15') empty space. A little bit of effort would make it more useful, since you couldn't watch TV from either the bed or the loveseat due to how the room was laid out.

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The pool and the weather was my favorite thing. I wish there was shopping within walking distance.

My bed was very uncomfortable. I’m not use to a firm mattress, but I’m sure hotels have to use them for durability. I wish they offered transportation to the cruise port, even if you charge a fee.

the young lady at the front desk Kadeja I hope I'm spelling her name correctly. she went above and beyond. I needed some paperwork printed out she gave me the email address to send it to she received it she printed it out for us. she was so patient with us we borrowed stapler and scissors from her, and she never made us feel like we were bothering her. we went to the car and my husband needed change to pay the port guys. he came back just raving how sweet she was! and that made our day even better. the staff here they All are very friendly!!

no meat choses for the ones that do eat pork!! at least some chicken sausage would be great or something other than pork!!!!

The shuttle to the airport and convenient location.

The room wasn’t completely clean. There was hair from previous guests or housecleaning staff in the bathroom. The curtains in our room on the third floor facing the parking lot were shear! You are able to see in the room from the parking lot. This is a privacy concern. Consider installing a second layer of privacy curtains for these rooms.

I frequently use this hotel when I visit Jacksonville. The staff are friendly and helpful. The place is always clean. And the breakfast is very good. It's close to lots of eateries, yet far enough that you don't have to deal with alot of traffic

Not having more time to stay and enjoy the comfort.

I totally enjoyed the large room, the sofa, the fridge & microwave. A beautiful view and very delicious breakfast. Easy parking…I’m staying there my next visit to Jacksonville!

nothing special BUT met what you would expect in a decent hotel--vey clean--a/c worked well -- bed was comfy

THEY FORGOT MY WAKE UP CALL--COULD HAVE BEEN A DISASTER!!!!!! The shuttle driver would not drop me off at a place she was driving by anyway--just stupid

Rooms and bathrooms are dated/worn looking. Needs to be updated. Lounge chair in room had stains in several places. Door handle to room didn’t work properly.

the staff could not keep up with the breakfast crowd and lots of items were not refilled or were late on our last day there. food was good but needs to be restocked on a more frequent basis.
