The facility location. Security on site to make sure only hotel guests used the pool. Concierge storing luggage as no early check in.

The room cleaning was not well done, hard surface floors did not get cleaned with a good cleaner, not just a swiffer; Rug cleanliness was suspect too. Windows could use some cleaning, too. Restaurant was not as good as in the past. Facility could use some updating lots of areas starting to show their age. Rooms could have used another comfortable seating furniture. Front desk staff seemed a bit inexperienced when checking in.

Everything was great I think there are a few things to improve on but nothing too serious!

I think there food expensive & not to good! Also I feel like they need to revamp the balconies.

great location on beach. tiki bar next door was fun. could walk across street to eat breakfast and grocery store. ny deli Dunkin’ Donuts and McDonald’s are nearby. Bathroom shower is oversized which was nice. all rooms have a balcony and ocean view. request a higher floor.

tiki bar on site was expensive as was the restaurant onsite. food was expensive but tasted ok. go to the tiki bar next door. liars of fun and music. we never tried the restaurant. you have to take Ubers to get to the bars in Ft Lauderdale or to a good restaurant in Lauderdale by the sea. bathroom is small absolutely no counter space. you have to make your own coffee in the room. not enough supplies so we always walked across street for breakfast.

after many times of staying here we had taken a break, gone to the west coast for a couple years. The last time we stayed here only 1 elevator was working and the staff was miserable. They were doing construction and closed the lobby bathroom. THIS TIME was much more enjoyable. For what you get as far as pool and ocean convenience it is so worth it! The rooms are clean (the same) but they have upgraded the TVs and bathroom showers. The staff seemed very friendly this time around! cant wait to go back!!!

security person on Sunday was not friendly at all. she was already treating you like you did something wrong while we were just sitting in our chairs sunbathing.

Location, outdoor facilities, beach access!

Outdated rooms, dirty carpet in the room, filthy, hallway needs vacuuming but seems like wasn’t, balcony needs swiping because chips were all over plus plastic chair and table was dirty need some cleaning, and cleaning stuff need to be trained to replace towels according to how many people are in the room because they have been given one wash towel, one bath and floor mat for 2 adults and then we have to ask them to give us towels, coffee was replaced 3 times only, truly we like your hotel and we stayed 3 times and spoke with many guests and they said same thing about the hotel being dirty needs updating and cleaning more inside. Outdoor facilities are great and well maintained!

Loved it all in general. Great location, loved the Tiki bar next door. The facility itself was a great spot. I will be back!

The shower in our room was absolutely horrible. Sat near a bush due to no other seat available, was attacked by bees and stung. Did not like how prices changed for chairs for the beach.

Hotel was nice in a great location on the beach next door the bar was great with friendly service. Pool and hot tub on the premises was great. Staff was very friendly and very helpful.

Upon arrival had to have our room change the view we were given was the air conditioner units for an eight day stay. In the second room There was something in the carpet that caused our lower legs and feet to itch. Carpet felt damp to the bare feet we had to wear shoes at all times in the room and showers. Hopefully we didn't bring anything home. Gift shop lady was not welcoming. Stood over me while I looked around. She helped me change my mind about spending money in store. I felt pressured and profiled.

I have now stayed at this resort a total of 6 times. Alone. With family. And then as a girls trip. It is perfect distance to airport. About 25 mins. Walking distance to a grocery, pizza shop , liquor store , etc. about 10 mins away from pompano beach pier walk way and 5 min drive from the pier. You can rent umbrellas and chairs , I went kayaking as well Restaurant on hand but haven’t tried it. And there is a bar and beach service last time I went ! It’s my perfect little get away spot. Staff is always super friendly and helpful.

I truly can’t think of anything (and I have tried so this can be a fair review !) I enjoy it.
