I had to go to the Deerfield area due to a family emergency. It was a holiday weekend and there were not a lot of affordable hotels. I was pleased with Boca Suites. Though the common areas need some updating, the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.
The common areas like hallways, balconies, elevators, etc. were a bit rundown.

Had to go to the second floor to get ice since the ice machine for the third flor was broken, breakfast was grab and go but the choices were horrible, processed foods like muffins, sausage nd egg frozen biscuit. could’ve offered cereal, fruit, or alternative foods other than factory packaged microwave food. The bathroom had a square panel that covered an area under the sink which had the actual plumbing pipes and that cover fell 3 times exposing the piping and raw cement floor. Not nice to look at and let alone having to touch that to close the hole.

I requested an Accessible ADA room 3 weeks prior and when we arrived they told us that there weren't any available The brochure and description shows a self catering hot breakfast and they gave us a brown bag with a muffin and frozen hot pocket. Need a better choice of furniture...most were blistering, bubbled edges must have gotten wet. And the ice machine was out of order

The breakfast was accommodating under the circumstances of Covid.
I’ve noticed the third floor has damage done to the ceiling. I hope it gets fixed. It doesn’t look inviting, due to what happened with the collapse at that other hotel.

This was the best quiet they always had in the go breakfast for the kids. Had a situation with AC no matter because the management team was phenomenal. They change our room immediately and was happy to help in every way. We will be coming back. Thank you All so much 🙏❤️🙏

The people were amazing there I was having a really bad day my card was shut down at was short on funds they understood they help me out. I got everything straightened out for my stay was great.

Have a better system I didn't get my receipts when I did the check out. The staff told me that will send by email and I never received.
