We mostly loved the courtesy of all the staff and the cleanliness of the entire hotel. The room was espectacular and with a great view. The bed was very comfortable & is a great idea for the shower to have shampoo, conditioner, & shower gel of great quality. Overall very happy for our anniversary stay here at the Hillsboro Beach Resort. The special gift for our anniversary was very thoughtful and beautiful, thank you for everything! The restaurant Roí was very delicious too!

Basically there’s nothing we didn’t like about our stay. Although the valet is a great amenity it does add up and it will be great if it wasn’t so much or if it was complementary service and just tip based.

The location was awesome. Being literally steps away from the beach was a plus. Also appreciated the availability of beach chair and umbrella service offered. The range of amenities offered was satisfying.

The dining area has tables out in the sun, and especially during lunch this is not pleasant. the management could consider adding some sail shades or umbrellas to make the lunch even more enjoyable. Also, I noticed the difference in the service between lunch and dinner. At lunch, we had to wait quite a considerable amount of time before a server came to take our order. Nonetheless, the waiting was compensated by the quality of the food.

I loved the staff and the hotel room Our room was beautiful. The bed was so comfortable. We had the queen double bed with a semi pool and ocean veiw. Whatever we needed and asked for we got from the staff no hesitations from the, towels, to an iron to the floor being mopped. I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know. John at the front desk was excellent. The woman Marie who cleaned our suite was great. The hotel was beautiful, private and in a great location. It was tucked away from the crowd and noise. I will be returning. I would give this hotel 100 stars if I could.

The only thing I did not like was the stains on the floor. As soon as we spotted it the cleaning lady got it right up.

The location is perfect and the ocean/pool views from the room are gorgeous. I mentioned there was a lack of light in the room (couldn't see where anything was) and the staff immediately brought up a lamp and it was so helpful!

I don't like that valet parking is your only option and it costs $25 every time. If I want that service, I will gladly pay for it but guests shouldn't be forced into it. I also would've liked some sort of cleaning in the room even just once during our visit. The sheets weren't changed at all and the rug seemed to be dirty before we got in there. There was a set of fake eyelashes stuck to the rug that I had to pick up myself. The shower leaked and flooded the bathroom everywhere no matter what we did and it required us to use 4-5 of our towels to keep it under control. I told staff about it but nothing was done.

The team running the hotel were helpful and considerate. They upgraded us to a bigger room, which was much appreciated. The hotel is in an idyllic, peaceful spot on the Deerfield Beach island. We were sorry to only stay for 2 nights. We would definitely return next time we are in the states. We liked the pool and the gym and being right on the beach. We had our own car, and expected to drive, but if you didn't know, you couldn't walk from here to the local areas or shops. You need transport. The Christmas lights in the coastal road in front of the hotel were remarkable! Thanks again.

Quiet, friendly staff. Roomy refrigerator. Balcony and view. Ease to get to the beach and knowing chairs would be there waiting for us. We enjoyed the use of the bikes. The housekeeping staff did a great job. It was a lovely setting.

we were disappointed that the restaurant was still not open, but appreciated the bagged breakfast. More hangers for the closet would be nice. shelving or cubbies to the shorter closet would be helpful, otherwise-it is akin to living out of your suitcase! I believe it would be helpful to know that we would be charged the $25 daily no matter what.

Gorgeous property for a getaway. Location is great if you need to access restaurants or shopping is only a less then 10 minute drive to the main public beach area. The pool and beach were lovely great vibes. it’s very cozy and feels more like residential than hotel. The room is clean and so comfortable and stylish. Had everything I needed small kitchenette and the beds came in two rooms in one very convenient for families. The staff is amazing went above and beyond to accommodate my birthday surprise. They even allowed me to enter room early to decorate it. exceptional customer service. I had a lovely stay recommend it!

the pool area is tiny didn’t look like an issue but I’m wondering if in higher season it would be an issue with chairs and such. probably an app default but the term sea view means the back intercostal not the ocean so was a bit disappointed when I got a different room then expected from the pictures since it shows a different view. I would call if this is important to you to double check with them the name which will get you ocean view. the staff made up for this slight downer. The room still got lots of light and it wasn’t the best view but still cute. The breakfast could also be a bit tastier.

Beautiful, renovated clean hotel boutique. Ocean view is exceptional. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They gave us complimentary late check out which was very helpful because we stayed with the kids.

The only thing we didn’t like is the location. Because it is kind of far away from restaurants and place where you can take a walk in the evening. But if you have a car, it’s not a problem. Other than that we are happy with our stay.
