Everyone at the desk for check in was very nice

I stayed for a weekend and made sure I was up by 730 8am to enjoy the complimentary breakfast as advertised not just online and the website but advertise at the actual facility!! So u can imagine my disappointment when I find no breakfast at all Saturday morning an nothing again on Sunday!!!! Not even a little OJ an a bagel. If this was done for a particular reason that's understandable but as it was stated in advertised just about everywhere customers should definitely be notified being they may opt out on their stay because of it

Room was good. All was clean. Bathroom was in good shape. Breakfast was good and feeding.

While the front door was locked for securty which is good, the side door from the walk up was open all the time. The lock was broken anybody could enter the property from there.

Cleaning staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel had an elevator, which is not always the case for hotels in this price range. I stayed on the third floor, which opens to an interior hallway, like a real hotel. However, the first floor rooms open to the outdoors, motel-style. All of the rooms have a microwave and a refrigerator. All of the rooms are non-smoking. The price was very reasonable and the location was excellent. Bottom line: do not stay here if you are trying to impress your wife or girlfriend, but if you are travelling alone and expect to spend very little time in the room itself, this would be a great choice. You can save a lot of money, which you can use to cover all of your other expenses. By the way, because of Covid, the pool and the fitness center are closed and there is no breakfast. I stayed there August 3-6, 2021.

The floor of the tub was very old looking. It needs to be replaced. My sheet had a bloodstain on on it.

They have a safe environment, if your not staying in the hotel, you can get into the hotel. the room keys opens the elevator door , without that . you have no access to the rest of the hotel.

Like the price and the bed was comfortable and the fact that it had a microwave and refrigerator is a plus for me .

The carpet is very much stain and worn out.. maybe clean although it has the dirty filthy look…especially in the hallway.. Tub is stain and water fills up while taking a shower ..needs to be fix ..also bathroom has a sour smell when you walk in .

Hotel is located in a busy area with several restaurants, things to do, a pet hospital, and walking distance to transportation. Surrounding area of my room was peaceful.

The parking didn't get what we expected when checking in thought we had free breakfast and there was none also thought there was a pool there is but it was closed

It was nice it was close to the stores and places to eat.

The room smelled like cigarettes smoke their was blood on the floor and wall and the night shift was rude and day shift was nice. They are the one that told me that I had to get a whole of you all to get the last day money. Since i all ready paid. But I could not reach you all to.

Location is perfect!!! Customer service was excellent!!! My family and I would like to thank Kayla for going above and beyond !!! Her customer service skills were 10+ She is an asset to your corporation and should be rewarded for it. Thank you Kayla for being you and making our stay even better!!!
