Hampton Inn's complimentary Breakfast is literally the best hotel breakfast. Great quality food and always well stocked. The hotel is in a convenient central location to shopping centers and nearby restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful with our special requests as well. The suite was a great size and the bed was super comfy.

Very minute and easily fixed, but the hotel provided soap had allergens in it. We usually read the packages prior to using them so it didn't cause any issues but if someone has a tree nut allergy bring your own soap or mention it when booking. (We also want to shout out the front desk for providing us non-allergen soap quickly!)

Staff was friendly. Double Queen Suite was very roomy.

Carpets needed to be vacuumed better. A blanket was left on chair all bundled up. Not sure if it was left there used by previous guest or not. Breakfast attendant was very nice. I felt bad for him because he had to keep up with a family that was taking all the food. I've never seen a family literally take 50 pieces of sausage, ALL the muffins, and all the bagels and continue to do so as soon as the food was placed out. They were taking multiple trips up in the elevator with plates stacked of food. I counted 5 in their party doing so. Don't really care what they were doing but it just made it to where I kept having to ask the attendant for items.

everything was good

there was a group of black kids disrespectful loud and going through the hall way and nocking on doors and waking people when sleeping. noise at breakfast people could not even hear each other talking. then in the pool we moved out of the way so they could have room then they came down were we were and jumped in right beside us we had a year old and

The hotel was conveniently located, close to where I needed to be and also close to the Christiana mall and lots of nice local restaurants.

We asked to checkout at 1 instead of 12, the girl at the front desk told us that was fine, but house keeping still knocked on our door twice to clean the room before noon had even hit. At one point they just walked in on my boyfriend who was standing in the bathroom in his boxers, then when he walked out of the room to get food one of the house keeping people was rude and asked him if we were staying or leaving…it was still before the initial checkout time of 12pm

Breakfast was very good. Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy

Only negative was the pool was cold and murky. Not very inviting. Chose this hotel because we had kids, ages 3-15 who love hotel pools. And it is only one of 1 hotels in the area with a pool. Should make that a star attraction for families in addition to the other great aspects of this hotel.

My 2 year old granddaughter was a little fussy as we were going to our room and a lovely housekeeper was so sweet in comforting her. As we were leaving the next day the same housekeeping member was very sweet to my granddaughter again. A great start for our hectic day!

The breakfast was great. There were many options for different diets.

It took about twenty minutes for the shower water to get hot. That slowed my morning down.

The room was spacious. The breakfast was better than expected. Apart from that, the staff was friendly, efficient, and very helpful.

The pool was very utilitarian, enclosed indoors in a small space. And it was loud.

It was clean and had free breakfast.

We had ants in our room and also saw them in the elevator . Entry door to our room was very hard to open and close without slamming.

The breakfast was delicious and plentiful,The entire time I was there was what I had hoped it would be and then some. and the location was close enough for us to get for our meeting.
