WE REALLY LOVED THE SWIMMING POOL HOWEVER THAT CLORINE WAS TO MUCH. IT WAS BURNING OUR EYES. YOU MIGHT WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT THAT WHOEVER CHECKS YOU LEVEL OF CLORINE LEVEL TO MAKE SURE IT'S THE RIGHT LEVEL. IT CAN CAUSE MEDICAL PROBLEMS TO GUESTS EYES. ALSO, YOU SHOULD LET GUEST BRING THEIR PETS AND PAY A REFUNDABLE FEE, NOT ONLY SERVICED PETS. WE HAD TO LEAVE OUR TWO SMALL DOGS THAT'S HOUSE TRAINED. PLEASE HAVE YOUR GENERAL MANAGER LOOK INTO THIS. OTHER THAN THAT, WE LOVED THIS HOTEL PROPERTY.

The room was spacious and comfy. Had a nice breakfast selection. Staff was extremely helpful. Ample parking, we were pulling a boat so it was nice to be able to park in the hotel parking lot. Also, I did like that it had a shower/tub combo.
Only two towels in the room, most women use two per shower. 1. For their hair and I e for our body. The blanket wasn't very thick. It would have been nice to have a door between the living area and the sleeping area. My husband wasn't able to do his paperwork late at night because any of the lights he turned in were so bright they woke me up.

The breakfast was amazing! Hot and lots of options! We enjoyed our rooms (connected, as requested) and the rooms were clean and comfortable! The shower was adjustable which was nice and there was a Keurig in the room - making it more convenient! We also had a refrigerator and microwave which was very helpful for our family! The evening staff was accommodating and the location was beneficial to our activities. We had a beautiful view of the cliffs past the industrial park.
They were renovating some areas. So, the pool and hot tub were all tore up and there was random furniture in the elevator rooms on floors 3 and 4. Around 8 in the morning they would start work (right under our rooms) and it would be very loud! There were no vending machines (although the evening office staff went beyond to help with that). The morning staff were a little short and seemed to be in a hurry - staff just not as friendly as they could have been. The price was a little steep.

Is there an 11 rating in Booking.com?! This Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites is centrally located right near I70, making it the perfect launch pad for your road trip. The check-in process was smooth and the room (and entire facility) was exceptionally modern, clean, and comfortable.
They were short staffed and the jacuzzi had maintenance issues the night we were there. :(

even though They were under construction and the front desk ladies were amazing they gave us a discount for being under construction they referred us to some excellent restaurants that had great food and they were overall just very nice and accommodating. Probably one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in in a long time. Closest stores markets restaurants within 10 minutes of downtown great location.

the property was great! it was clean and modern and the staff were super helpful. they went out of their way to save us money and answer all our questions. the breakfast we wonderful and the kids loved the pool. we enjoyed it so much so that we are changing our reservation on the drive home to this place!

The facility is very clean and comfortable. The staff the we interacted with were very friendly. The pool is open until 11 and it is indoors. The beds are not too soft and not too firm. The water pressure in the shower was strong and the towels were nice and fluffy.
We had a 2 room suite. With 1 king and 2 queens. It is a nice room. My only complaint is that the air conditioner in the room with the king bed did not work. They warned us when we checked in that some of the a/c's weren't working very well. The one in the main room worked just fine.

Only complaint is their plastic ware at breakfast was so flimsy I couldn’t even cut a pancake with the fork. Come on guys, no excuse for that at a nice hotel! Hairdryer was missing but one was brought as soon as I called.

Bathroom had only a sink with no vanity area. Ended up with all our “stuff” spread out around the bathroom floor.
