Very friendly staff, very comfortable rooms--exceptional beds. Restaurant, very find meals.

The fridge had no shelves, inside or on the door, and the freezer door was frozen shut so we could not use it. On the last night, 9-23, we had an unexpected visitor. As my wife and I were watching TV, a mouse ran across the floor in front of us. We are farm and ranching people, so mice are not a big deal to us, but they shouldn't be in a guest room in a hotel. We noticed every time we entered the closest exit/entry door, below our room, the door was open. ?? Prices were high, but then this was Aspen so it's to be expected. But we enjoyed our stay.

Room 2254 was fabulous. I am an older woman and everything I could think of was in that unit *tiled floors, no carpeting *large rooms, I was along and opted for one king bed, I had a sitting area, and coffee table, and a desk. *The room was bright. the can lighting in the room was perfect. *The bathroom had counter space and a shelf to store toiletries. *The mirror lighting in the bathroom was excellent. *Great kitchenette. refrigerator, coffeemaker, microwave, and many selves to store things. *Mirrors. all over. in creative places on back walls and full length *The location at Buttermilk is ski in and ski out. and the inn's bus service was great. I was driven to Aspen, the airport and he Snowmass bus station *The homage paid to the X Games was wonderful. As it should. it is an exciting property and I have traveled the world. I am telling everyone to stay there if it works for them.

The heating. I finally had to put the heat on and keep the door open a crack. During the day I turned the heat off.

Nice restaurant. Good professional service. Unfortunately more sporting bar than dinner restaurant. NBL finals on the screens and 120 dB to boot. At the end we wanted to finish our red wine in peace in the leather seats in the lobby. Security stopped us to see if our bill was balanced (!) and confiscated our glasses. We were given plastic cups. Disgusting. Room good standard, parking in front of the building. Nice place in greens close to Aspen.

Ambiente, manners

Beautiful Inn, staff was friendly with a great personality, especially the gentleman who drives the shuttle. Check in was smooth, we could park our vehicle in front of the room, there was a small fridge and coffee maker in the room. The pool was amazing, heated and the Inn even has heated towels when you come out of the pool. The BBq restaurant was delicious and my whole family loved it.

The rooms were very small. We are on a family road trip and most of the rooms were big enough for the 4 of us. However the rooms at the Inn were very small.

Great location--easy to get to downtown and the 2 ice rinks we were at for hockey. Staff were very friendly and wanted to help us out. King size bed was pretty comfortable. Having a refrigerator and microwave available made it easier to feed my family decent food. The view from our balcony was awesome! My son had a blast with his teamnates hiking up the mountain right in the backyard of the inn. We had great food and service at the BBQ restaurant onsite.

Our room was supposed to have a sofa sleeper, since we had 3 adult sized humans needing a place to sleep. Our sofa didn't do that, and the rollaway bed they brought in was not good. My son and husband both tried it, and no one really slept well. It was fixed the next day by putting a second mattress on the rollaway--still not ideal, but at least everyone could sleep. No clock of any kind in the room made it challenging when I woke in the night. I had to keep my glasses and phone close by. Bathroom looked lovely, and had heated floor, but no towel rack or anywhere to hang towels to reuse them. Had to ask for more than 1 washcloth for a group of 3 people.

The wonderful hospitality - they went above and beyond to meet our requests and needs; The wonderful rooms and the superb bed; The complimentary shuttle service was absolutely fantastic; The daily cleaning of the room; The luxurious bathroom amenities; The decoration of the hotel and the wonderful scenery outside; The reasonable price compared to other alternatives; The fabulous BBQ restaurant at the hotel; The good coffee and the water cooler at the lobby.

The breakfast is not included (it is within the restaurant which is independently operated from the hotel) and it is rather mediocre and pricy. Beside that the hotel is simply perfect.

Friendly staff and shuttle service (we loved Ronnie). Clean, comfortable, large room. Great location, uncrowded slopes at Buttermilk. Good breakfast value at Bumps.

People next to us and above us were a little noisy (mostly we could just hear them stomping around in the hallway and above us for awhile). I know it was really not in the staff's control, but we were disappointed to hear that, on the first day that we arrived at the Inn at Aspen, their hot tub had just broken (boiler) and they had no solid estimate of when it would be fixed. We knew ahead of time all the features and amenities of the room, but it would still be nice, for the same great rate, to get a room with a bathroom that also had a tub and not just a shower (especially since the hot tub wasn't working).

Hotel was easy to get to, staff was not only friendly but also very helpful with special accommodation. My colleagues ate at the restaurant and raved about it. Also really appreciated the downtown shuttle service

My only complaint is the lack of a food market/food pantry for late night options. With nothing available within walking distance, this seems like a beneficial (and profitable) vertical to add to the business.

I was a bit nervous beforehand given the spotty reviews, but we had an amazing room and experience. Love the room comfort and spaciousness, the mini kitchen, easy parking access to our room with both an internal and external door, helpful staff, and the free shuttle to and from Central Aspen was a huge bonus, they will take you and pick you up anywhere.  Would absolutely stay here again.

The location was great—just outside of the downtown area. They have a free shuttle which is super convenient. Hometown BBQ is located in their lobby and was a really good meal. The view outside of their lobby is gorgeous. The staff were really friendly. Overall, it was a great value for stay.

The room was comfortable but the place needs some updating. It is a bit of a time warp
