Check-in/check-out was easy and parking was reasonably priced. The room was large and clean. A good amount of lighting and blackout blinds worked great! There's a Ralph's right across the road, perfect to stock up on drinks and snacks. Our drawer mini fridge didn't work in our room but they sent up a replacement mini fridge right away for us that actually had a lot more space.
The street noise is pretty loud all through the night so bring earplugs. Make sure to click the housekeeping button by the door if you want it, we didn't notice it until the day before we headed home.

The staff was friendly enough to change my room to another one facing the backyard, which was a bigger room as well. They did this upgrade free of charge
The room they gave me first was facing the main street, which is a nightmare. I don't know how anybody can sleep in a such extreme noise. Soundproof windows shouldn't be optional for a such location.

I was disappointed when I arrived at 1:30pm to find my room wasn’t available until 3pm. But upon request, I paid an addition $50 to get into my rooom 90 mins before the aforementioned “check I’m time”. This doesn’t seem ethical. But what do I know (?)

kind of a quirky bldg. location was very convenient.
the rooms on the front side of the hotel were incredibly noisy due to street traffic. however the rooms not on the front were nice and quiet.

Location is great when you have car, most of the touristy places are only 15-20 minutes drive. Parking is convenient since they will assist you and park for your car 24/7. Room is spacey for four people we can all open our luggages and can still move freely in the room.
It can be very. noisy at night because the hotel is in the main street. If you're a light sleeper like me, this might wake you up especially because my room was on the second floor. The housekeeping didn't properly clean one of the bed on the first day, but everything was okay on the second day. The building looks really old from the outside and also the lobby. But room is clean.

I had booked an executive sweet but wen i got there ...there was no such thing so they gave me a presidential sweet...the room had a fire place but it did not work..the bed was amazing i wish i had a bed like that in my home...the windows were a bit dusty...but due to the broken fireplace they gave me 10% off my total..there was a old coffee pod left in the coffee maker that bothered me quite a bit... the tub was small and looked much bigger in the pic ...otherwise the room was amazing and cozy...the staff was fantastic!! Thanx for a great time and a comfy stay!

Close to a park for running and supermarket across the street. Staff gave us the roll away bed and extra towels and another Mini fridge when ours was not working. Nice renovated décor and great shower With plenty of hot water for a family of 5
No gym but we knew that in advance. Some street noise from cars on the road outside but earplugs fixed that

I would say it’s more of a serviced apartment than a hotel. There is no breakfast and you have to request turn down service, but that wasn’t a big deal for us. There’s plenty of places to go and eat breakfast. We had the loft style rooms and it was so big and nice. Two large tvs, the lighting in the bathroom was good and good shower pressure. Staff were really nice too. I dont have any faults

It was very close to work so that was a huge plus. There was valet parking because there was not much area to park outside the property, thankfully, that was included in the booking price. It was very interesting modern decor. The a/c and heating control were easy to use. The bed was comfortable.
The room was a little small for my taste. There wasn't much room to lounge if you didn't want to sit on the bed. Also, the bathroom was great except the shower was all tiled in black and no light overhead so it was a little dark taking shower, there was enough light from the bathroom itself to make it functional.
