The room was nice and comfy. The staff was great. There were a few things in my room that didn't work but they moved us and made sure we were happy and that's all I ask for so no big deal. The location was perfect! So close to the the beach you can walk if you wanted, take a scooter or drive 5, 10 minutes up the road. My family and I love Long Beach. You are close the everything you need food, shopping, beach, amusement park not far away, shoreline village is great, aquarium of the pacific, downtown had so many food options. We found two amazing Creperies that were delicious, the crab shack was really good too! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!
I don't like paying for parking especially daily that is outrageous and seems to be the case for most hotels. One time payment fine but daily.. yikes

Location was good. Hotel staff were all great. Room was a little disappointing because it didn't smell good. It smelled like a mix of old bleach and dirty feet. It was humid and sticky feeling. Hilton could at least install a bathroom exhaust fan to help with humidity and smell. And some of the bleach they used needs to go under the shower soap dish because there was black mold.
I did like the lobby and the hotel on a whole was nice. My room could have definitely felt and smelled cleaner.

I had to wait long time for valet parking to arrive even when there were not people in front. Second day of staying there I waited almost an hour for valet parking. employee was called twice to valet and he did not answer

The free shuttle was really a nice feature, and our driver was wonderful!
our first room had water dripping out of the light fixture by the door, so we had to change to another room at 10 pm, after my husband had gone to sleep. That waws very disappointing, but staff quickly moved us

walking distance to restaurants and marina room was good size
very expensive for room without breakfast and not great first impression when view from room was obscured by filthy window! very noisy at night with guests and outside Joy riders in conference centre car park

Everything was great except being checked into a room that was already occupied.
When we checked in they checked us into a room where there were already people staying. They key didn't work thank goodness because the other couple came out of the door as I was standing in front of it. It was awkward to say the least and that couple was very nice.

We were able to check in as soon as we arrived, a few hours early
The hotel shuttle dropped us off at a restaurant and was almost impossible to get back in touch with when we wanted to return to the hotel. We ended up walking back.

Overall I love the hotel it was very nice very clean the workers were very nice very polite I overall just had a great time and I really liked how clean it was and I really liked how if we needed anything or we accidentally rented a movie that we didn't mean to we got our money back just overall it was a great time
The only thing I didn't like was the elevators and I was on the 13th floor I am absolutely terrified of elevators but thank God they didn't break down and I made it up and down at least a hundred times. it was great and I appreciate that the elevators did work. I also love the pool area it was beautiful clean it was more for kids but I mean I still got to lay out it was very nice nice couches just all around very nice.

The staff was very accommodating & kind.
Booked the room for me & my husband. We were celebrating pur 20th year wedding anniversary. I had made arrangements to have some food be in the room when we walked in, but it was not done. I even signed a cc authorization form. BUT - the lady at check in comped our upgraded room & amenities I had thought I ordered.

The staff was friendly, the lobby was amazing, it has good amenities and is well located.
The only thing was that I ask for a room with netflix streaming and I found out in the room that the TV didn’t have Netflix.
