We enjoyed our stay very much! We were given a higher level room with an awesome view of Downtown Long Beach facing east. The location was perfect in relation to an event we were attending just a 10-minute walk away. Plenty of dining options are super close and I do recommend the hotel restaurant (great food and service). Our room was really clean; we could tell it was recently renovated. A/C and shower were of great quality, and the toilet was modern and eco-friendly. Beds were comfy.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were really comfortable. The pool was nice and clean and it was heated. The fitness room was big with lots of cardio machines. The restaurant was great with fast service and very friendly wait staff. The area is lovely with open air seating and a cool view of downtown Long Beach. There is a Von’s grocery store within walking distance, which is helpful for things that may have been forgotten or room snacks.
The food was just average… which was a little disappointing.

The in-house restaurant, James Republic, was apparently understaffed because we couldn’t order room service, and when we went in, we had to wait while they figured out how to take our order (they have QR codes on the tables instead of hard copy menus; just awkward) and had to wait over half an hour for our food. This was on a Sunday morning! I’d hate to see their service on a weekday. Food was good, priced okay, but not worth the wait. Hotel good; restaurant bad. Go somewhere else to eat.

Excellent costumer service, clean facilities; pool and gym were in pristine condition. No smells in the garage, security and peace of mind that your car is safe. Elevator function at it's best, no annoying noises please feel at ease during your stay. Market located just around the corner, many places to visit within 10 minutes walk great places to eat in less than 2mins walk. It is a great choice for security and great night's rest.

The location was great and easily accessible. Lots of nice little restaurants around, of course the Pike. Staff was pleasant as well.
The tub appeared to have been stopped up previously. Either or drained on its own or it was unclogged by maintenance; however the dirt and debris that’s left behind when you unclog the tub or such, was still in the tub when we checked in. The following morning I let the front desk know. They scheduled for someone to come up clean once we left the room for lunch. The staff person said she would comp the $28 parking fee in lieu of moving us to a different room. She didn’t follow through with that unfortunately. But otherwise, our stay was pleasant.
