This was my 2nd time staying here, this time on the 3rd floor. The room is spacious, the bed was comfortable with plenty pillows & blanket. Room has a refrigerator, microwave, a Keurig, and love seat. TV is updated with cable channels. Breakfast available from 6:30-9:30am.

The refrigerator in my room kept making loud noises which kept me up at times. The shower head only had 1 setting and the toilet paper is hard to access from being so close to the toilet. The walls are thin- could hear the neighbors having "adult fun". Tried to add another day- was going to be charged $400.00 so I checked out.

Location great for LAX. Rooms really big - not the most modern, but clean and bed very comfortable. DIY breakfast was good , and staff helpful. Only drawback is that the courtesy transfer from LAX only operates if you call the hotel and request a pick up. We waited almost 2 hours before we realised this, and had to borrow a phone - our uk phone inoperable.

Information on how to access the courtesy transfer from LAX. Rooms would benefit from modernisation.

This is a GREAT moderately priced (for LA) motel near LAX. It is an older hotel but on every score it hit the mark: GREAT internet, a true hot breakfast (eggs, sausage, waffles, pastries, bagels, fruit, OJ, coffee and tea), a good TV selection, a friendly and efficient staff. One MINOR problem...at least in my room it took a long time for the shower to become hot BUT that may just be in my room. It had lots of guests and they all seemed happy. A really nice swimming pool (5 foot deepest so no worry for parents). Also, its next to a small strip mall,..within seconds of walking out your door. I went to El Pollo Loco for lunch. This is likely to be my hotel that I'll stay from now on on the LA area. So many hotels now have non-breakfast breakfast (sorry but a hotel that puts out a plastic wrapped Bear Claw is not offering a good breakfast). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Minor thing probably in my room alone: it took a while for hot water to come out of the shower. Management should check it out.

The staff especially Sonia at the front desk and the ladies that clean my room wish they use name tags so they can get credit for a job well done. Breakfast was good.

TV service still not able to get all channels working that is listed on the guide. Spanish speaking channels are ok but other channels shoes for a bit then go off to no signal. Guest smoking cigarettes and other stuff in the hallways and on the veranda that leave lasting smell.

The staff was friendly and accommodating

Although it’s a no smoking in rooms establishment I was given a room that had been smoked in. After informing management they promptly changed my room. I suffer from asthma that’s the only reason I had a major issue with it. Room was clean otherwise. Not just myself but other patrons complained amongst themselves of having to pay an extra fee to have your car parked on their lot. That should be a given. If it’s about unauthorized vehicles using the space they only need to continue to give out parking passes to legitimate patrons and remove the violators by towing.

Perfect location to walk to n from SoFi stadium. First- staff was so nice n helpful with local information. Very professionally dressed which truly was nice to see. First impression speaks volumes . Except for people walking by n talking I heard no noise from the street. Clean refreshing. I’m serious I’ll stay here every time I’m in town to a football game….. Refrigerate n microwave. Stores n restaurants galore…..Quiet for how many businesses are available

I would love a shuttle for guests for a small fee to go to So Fi stadium I didn’t fly in but I think they have shuttle to airport 2.5 miles away

-Near the freeway -Not to busy of a street. -Close to the Sofi Stadium. -Breakfast -Mariella's Taco's is a taco truck near by which is extremely good and I recommend it for good Mexican food.

-Parking can be extremely limited and compact so that can be an issue. -Elevator is a bit sketchy, where it shakes when taking you up so it can be uneasy.

I absolutely appreciate the hotel staff’s hospitality. Everyone always greeted and said good morning or hello. My main compliment is to Larry, the front desk check in counter. He was extremely informative, friendly and made me feel acknowledged . This was a last minute booking and because of his courtesies, I felt no more concern I’m my lodging anymore.

Bathroom… outdated hair dryer didn’t work, toilet didn’t flush well.

I like the location as well as the staff and the hotel is nice. Angie, Sonia and Larry at the front desk great, Maria, Pauline and Mariam in breakfast area awesome, housekeeping Maria G, louveles, Delores,and Isidra great job, maintenance Valente and Kevin, Mr Akash Patel general manager you have done a good job it shows in your staff.

lovely spacious suite with comfy bed and nice lounge room. the breakfast lady, Maria runs a tight ship and keeps everyone fed in the mornings. it’s like a one person production line and even late in the session she still has everything well stocked. I give this lady a five star review for her efforts.
