Cleanliness and underground parking. Quite central. Value for money compared with similar hotels in the area and we will definitely stay again when visiting our family.

The member of staff checking us in omitted to give us our breakfast vouchers which delayed our breakfast the following morning when we were short of time. The chairs in the restaurant were too low in the booths - I'm not particularly short, but it felt like my chin was virtually on the table!

Great hotel, service was very good. Breakfast was very good, great to get a choice of options. View from the room was fantastic, could see the mountains and lost of activity at OC Airport. Room was very clean, in great condition and comfortable. Shower in the bathroom was probably one of the best hotel showers I've ever had. Finally, outdoor pool was amazing, a good size and heated. Really enjoyed our stay here

The drink making facilities in the room were a little lacking, mainly geared up for coffee and very few amenities to choose from. Pool outside could have done with a cafe bar, its situated along way from the main hotel bar/restaurant.

Everything was amazing, I went to check in with Zack who immediately sparked up conversation and interest! We were conversing about how busy it was due to the events going on and how difficult customers have been towards him with attitude and rudeness, I apologized and hoped him a better weekend. In return of my kindness! Zack spoke to Jesse who upgraded my room at no extra cost! It was such a treat, it gave me the high spirits I needed to crush my half marathon the following morning. Thank you Zack and Jesse !

Parking was a nightmare but that was expected since there were multiple events going on and they were sold out, oh well.

very clean , quiet and convenient for the Anaheim convention centre .. about 15 mins drive away . Around the corner from the South Coast Plaza mall with all the eating places , a nice bar on site and good pizza handmade on site . the rooms are well specified , spacious and quiet . parking on site .. nothing to dislike

location was perfect we really enjoyed the pool.

no daily housekeeping. we requested housekeeping one day and wasn’t done. I called down and asked for the garbage to be removed and clean towels. at the end of the night when we got back. The front desk person was really nice and send some up asap. She even left some coupons for a free meal, when we went down for the meal we weren’t able to use them because the restaurant was closed.

The hotel was very nice in a good location. Close enough to beaches, restaurants and if you’re doing business in the area, the downtown business complex. Rooms were spaciousness comfortable beds, nice variety of pillows and soft linens. Appreciated the double sinks, the shower and water pressure was amazing. Enjoyed the balcony, although the doors were extremely had to open, especially for someone with physical handicaps. The room was quite comfortable all in all. Also appreciated there being a fridge in the room.

$36 dollar a night parking is ridiculous and for that reason, will probably never stay there again. Parking was limited, hardly any handicap parking.

I liked that there was a Starbucks in the hotel. Also, how classy the elevators were.

When my partner and I came to the front desk to check in the lady that helped us did not talk to us politely. We were traveling from Colorado. I had asked the question if there was free parking near by and she had a smirk on her face and said “Is this your first time staying at a hotel?”. I could not believe she said that. Of course not but I just thought I would ask. Even when I traveled to Vegas they had free parking about a block away. She was very rude and she has really upset my partner. After driving 12 hours that is not something we wanted to deal with. Also, I couldn’t find the ice machine.

Was a nice place, everything clean, friendly staff.

The parking is paid only (though validated by a friendly employee). The “king deluxe” room was just ok, nothing special. No service at the bar in the lobby in the evening, too bad.

Rooms were spacious, Bed was exceptionally comfy and having a balcony to step out onto to enjoy the beautiful California weather was a pleasant surprise and bonus!!!

Having to pay $36 per night to park in their garage. Parking SHOULD be included with what they are charging to stay there.

The hospitality was exceptional in accuracy, quick and thorough service while also being courteous. I love the location, the sense of quietness and safety, the beauty of the hotel, the comfort of my room - everything.

I had everything I needed.
