Right on the lake. Good location close to everything

When I checked in I believe was manager didn’t greet us she was reading a book. Stood in front of her said hello hello. She then said just one please she looked back at her book her head went down. Watched for about a minute asked if she was ok she laughed said she was thinking. Then she took my credit card for deposit tried running it 4 times no success. The checkin process took at least ten minutes Not sure if she was on something or has something wrong with her. Just a very strange interaction

We stayed in Cabin 258, a studio Queen. It was a nice size space, bigger than expected. The location was pretty close to the road, but it actually didn't bother as at all - was very quiet. We walked everywhere: into the village, to breakfast, to lunch, to the lake... location was super easy and the whole stay was relaxing. Loved our little patio - and the shower pressure was top notch!

The room details said we have a DVD player, but we couldn't find it. Not terrible, but a bit of a bummer since we brought some movies to watch. Also, the tub water wasn't hot. It was for the first little bit, but then became luke warm and then cold... and the jets didn't work. So I bathed in water up to my hips, which was a little less than ideal. Also, the studio is for two people, but that meant we only got two plates, two cups, etc. Not ideal when you're cooking. (You need some extras for cutting things, serving, etc.) Oh - and no extra towels or room service was provided. You had to go ask. Not the worst, just would have been nice to have more than two towels and two shampoos for two people over three days.

Location is key. All rooms have fireplaces. Good value. Friendly staff. Usual amenities. Stress Free Not noisy Some rooms are actively being remodeled.

Pool and spa closed without advanced notice Hotel's own website did not warn of closing on main page. After check in, I noticed you had to click through several options in the amenities tab to learn of closure. Rooms and furniture dated Sub-par cleanliness. Stains on furniture (some very suspicious)

The room was beautiful, everything was very close to this location.

The coffee machine was broken. The A/C was acting up, heating up more than programmed to. Unfortunately the mattresses were the worst I ever slept in. Every time you lay down on the bed it was like drowning in one side and going up on the opposite side. It killed our backs.

The location was great as it is right by the lake in a quiet part of the city, close to shops. The room we were attributed are brand new as they are renovating the property (still going on at the time of our visit), it was extremely clean, comfortable, a great big shower, and cute decorations. I have to specify that we had an issue while booking the specific room we wanted (which was not available but was still advertised on Booking), however it was resolved very smoothly by the staff and they were really helpful and understanding of the situation, that was neither their or my fault. It's a very welcoming and kind team working there and this is definitely a big big plus.

The only issue we had was with the wifi that was not reachable from the room, however as the area was still being renovated I am sure it won't be a problem in the future.

This place has a great location, newly remodeled room, fridge and microwave in room along with a kureg. Patio chairs overlooking the lake on a deck and beach access. the rooms were clean and they provided good quality toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion). The fireplace in the room was a perfect touch and there was a large screen TV. AND pet friendly!!!

Perfect pet-parent stay ! Amazing comfy features for both human and canines, lots of areas to walk to catch sunrise on lake and explore nature or head down literally a few blocks to and from Village for foodie and shopping. Accomodations were what you would need, kitchen w views & Love the mud room. Tall Shower! Wi fi worked great, full moon and good times!

Ants. I'm allergic, but I'm in Big Bear, right? So. You deal and call it a trade. No Epi pen needed. No harm. No foul..just gave me heebie jeebies..lol Swear I kept feeling them on me after like 1 or 2 was on me. Front door 🔐 not 100. But right next to office, felt safe

The cabin was amazing. Parking was right in front of our door. There was a BBQ right outside and the lake was a stroll away. Everything was clean. It was quiet. The main bed was a little firm for my taste but the kids said they were very comfortable. The Main Street area is a short walk away and there is a convenience store on the other side of the street if you forgot anything. Staff was friendly and check-in and out were fast and easy.

The only thing I didn't like is that I couldn't stay longer.

Cabin was very clean; kitchenette was fully functioning with a working stove and oven; bathroom had new or well maintained fixtures. I liked that the parking space was right outside the cabin — you have a view of your car at all times. Best part: very dog-friendly and close to the lake. There is no A/C but Cabin provided a couple of floor fans plus ceiling fan. Didn’t get too hot - just have to leave the screened in windows open at night. Not a problem because the area is very quiet at night.

Location is fantastic walking distance (if you wanted to walk) from the cute village. Beautiful view. Very quiet environment.

During winter the door is extremely hard to open due to the weather conditions changing which make sense but make it difficult to easily open and close
