Overall this hotel was immaculate! Our room was clean and comfortable and the location was not bad neither. The staff was more than accommodating! The front desk attendant, Amanda, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be back!

We were a little disappointed about the breakfast because we were told it would be a full breakfast and it was a bare minimum continental. However, we understood that because of COVID-19 restrictions.

The facilities were excellent. Breakfast was very good. Quality of hotel was higher than I had expected.

Due to proximity to hospital there was a fair number of sirens passing by during the night. Only major complaint was loud gathering of people in the parking lot after midnight. Appeared to be a group of young women talking and laughing. Went on for over an hour. We were on the second floor and it sounded like they were directly under our window. Another couple we met at breakfast were talking about it too.

I was absolutely astounded at how friendly, clean, quiet this hotel was. I definitely will be coming back to this hotel for another great visit! I love StayBridge and I will be returning possibly for longer than one night!

Everything was perfect, it came with everything you would need in a kitchen, as well as a full size refrigerator. I don't have anything negative to say at all. Everything was perfect. 10/10 experience.

King bed was too hard Was charged an extra $100 when booked Was told that there was going to be omelets for breakfast but breakfast was horrible. Rubbery eggs and sausage is all that was served. Called to complain about extra money coming out and when asked for corporate number to complain…Marcus refused to give it to me. Will never stay here again. Instead of it costing$170 a night it was a $300 a night. Really needed that extra$100 for gas to get my five year old who just had open heart surgery home to TN. So disappointed

The room was spacious and attractive. The lobby was very clean and they had ample trolleys to help get bags to and from the room. Most hotels I have stayed in don't have enough of them for all the guests checking out. The staff wereI friendly and the whole hotel looked clean, updated, and very nice.

The air conditioner in our room did not work well. The room was at 76 degrees when we checked in. We lowered the temp to 68 before we left for dinner to cool it down some but it was still at 75 at 8 pm. By morning it had dropped to 71. We probably should have requested another room but by the time we realized the room was not going to cool down enough for us, we were too exhausted to do switch. The breakfast area was very narrow and people didn't know what direction to go so they were every which way so that it was difficult to get to some of the food options. I never could get to the bagels and toast area. The omelets were really good despite the chaos in the line.

The room was very clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I love the fact that for our king bed you actually have king sized pillows and the pillow cases are monogrammed soft and firm. The room was beautiful and we had a kitchenette. There was no weird hotel smell either. The room was fresh. While getting ready to go out my glass makeup foundation bottle fell on the tile floor in front of the sink in the bathroom. As you can imagine, the glass shattered and splat foundation everywhere. I tried to pick up and wipe up the glass and makeup the best I could. We had dinner reservations we needed to get to and I asked the attendants at the desk if someone could help me clean it up. I even said if you want me to do it ill be happy to but I’ll need a vacuum, shop vac for the makeup on the carpet and a mop for the tile to get it all up after returning from dinner. When we got back to the hotel room, it was as spotless as before the incident happened. We received excellent care in our room and I am so very grateful for the service we received. I felt so bad because I know how hard the service attendants work to get every room taken care of before people arrive. They are to be commended for their hard work and excellent service and we were able to walk barefoot because they did such an excellent job and didn’t have to worry about any broken glass. I’m very particular about cleanliness and Staybridge and your employees at this location are beyond wonderful. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for such a wonderful stay in your hotel. We will be back! P.S. We’ve stayed in other hotels in LR down on the river. Not one of the ones we’ve stayed in compares to Staybridge. Nothing to write about.

I loved the room! It was a small apartment with a small kitchen and lots of space. The room and hotel were super clean and it had nice accommodations, gym, laundry room etc. The bed was really comfortable. The only thing was a strong sewer smell coming from the shower drain. And they charged me a 75 non-refundable fee for my little dog which did not do any damage whatsoever. It was like he was not even in that room. Breakfast was not that great. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

A nasty sewer smell coming from the shower drain and the 75$ non-refundable pet fee. The previous 2 hotels we used this weekend charged 25$ and 50$. I thought 75 was extremely high. The hotel should at least refund some if not all of that fee if the room was intact. My little dog did not even move from his bed the entire time.

The breakfast was OK but a little disappointing. I would have liked a hot meal but I understand why with the covid virus on going.

I love staying at this facility. Clean, good service, breakfast very good.

The only thing I saw that might be improved upon is making sure there are luggage carts at the front at check-in time. Saw several patrons having to wait for carts to be brought up from maintenance before they could go to their room. A simple fix and would be much appreciated by weary travelers.

Really clean, spacious suites with great beds & pillows! Staff was very helpful with attending to questions and needs with genuine hospitality!
