Everything was nice and neat. The staff was very friendly. The food was delicious.

Do not include your breakfast with the room package. Wait until you get to the hotel to buy your breakfast. They said it is supposed to give a code, but it didn't. And even though I showed the staff on my booking that it included the breakfast, they still was going to charge me, but they said since it was one day they would let it slide. They could use more employees cause they seemed a little under staffed.

I didn't like cause the 3rd nite somebody had check me out my room n I had to wait 40 minutes before the person at the desk that said she was new to verify that it had booked my room for four days and check out was the 28 th and the first nite the fridge did not work but the second night they did switch my room other than that I loved it and I will stay there again

Presentation. Everything was well kept from lobby to hotel room. I’m honestly surprised that more people aren’t book to stay there.

The pool area.. was excited to finally get there and have a few hours in a nice warm indoor pool. Only to find out the night I decided to swim was informed the heaters in the pool are nonfunctional.

The breakfast buffet(extra charge) was delicious and I like the fact that there was a bar, in the hotel. The staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping, were pleasant.

The only microwave was in the lobby by the front desk, not in the pantry on the floor or in the rooms. For the price of the stay, you would think something as simple as a microwave would be included in the room or the pantry, on the floor. Also the bar closes at 10pm even on the weekends. Other hotels for equal price, with bars, in the city, close at 12pm on the weekend.

When we first arrived - Guest Services was very professional, up beat and welcoming. Our room was clean, bed soft but we did have an issue with the internet connection. Darrin came up and attempted to troubleshoot the problem. He also gave us another room nearby and unfortunately it had the same issue. Darrin checked several rooms, then found us a room on another floor as it appears the network issue was impacting multiple rooms. I appreciated his willingness to help and friendly service. Thank you Darrin. The shower is always the highlight of any hotel we visit and the shower here did not disappoint.

If I must to pick something - I would say the bathroom was smaller than I expected but it still had everything one would need in a standard bathroom.

The customer service at the front desk (I think he was a manager) was exceptional! He was so friendly and informative!!

The bathroom could have used a better clean. There was hair all in the shower and weird spot all over the shower walls that needed to be cleaned! Nothing I couldn’t deal with myself!! I know they are super busy and things get overlooked!

Mr. A. and His Staff was Very Accommodating!! If Me and My Lady Friend ever pass through Little Rock, AR. , We will be staying at Delta/ Marriott, L.R. West.

It was beautiful and very clean, beds are super comfy and the showers are great pressure and hot!

The hotel was amazing. Very clean and very beautiful. The lady at checkout was so sweet and so funny. Definitely needs a raise lol

There was no towels at the pool and the pool could be cleaned more often since its an indoor outdoor pool. Other than the pool the hotel itself was great!

They didn’t serve a hot breakfast for the quality of the hotel.
