Although the breakfast wasn't included as we previously thought at time of booking, the Raintree cafe was still very tasty. We enjoyed our stay, the concierge and the facilities the entire duration of our stay. We most likely will be booking our accommodations here every time we travel back for our conferences 4 times a year. Thanks.

The only thing that could have been improved is the friendliness of the server at Raintree the first two mornings of our stay. Since the rest of the hotel staff was so friendly and accommodating, her lack of any sort of attitude just didn't seem to fit in with the rest of the environment, etc. This woman didn't smile, she didn't ask how our food was and I didn't really feel that she cared to be working at the hotel at all or talking to people much for that matter. It was disappointing.

When I walked in to check in there was three people there and nobody said hello or was welcoming. For me it was awkward. I am in customer service and would have never done that. I took the initiative and engaged in conversation to check in. I misunderstood the gentleman helping us and instead of being kind and saying something a different way for me to understand he repeated himself in a stern voice. no smiles at all. In the room they had no hand soap, shampoo or conditioners. The containers in the shower were empty. It was nice they had bagged breakfasts in the morning. You got a juice, bottled water, apple, granola bar, muffin and a yogurt from the fridge. All sugar and carbs and no protein. Maybe offer two hard boiled eggs. Those are sold in packs of two.

it was very clean and the front desk was very helpful when I needed a couple of things for my room. we also absolutely loved the jet bathtub. It was amazing!

I didn’t like the manager at the food place that is inside of this hotel. She was very rude.

Appreciated the respect of the Covid situation. We were visiting from Mexico and were not sure how things would be in the US. We felt comfortable. Altho, preferring a hot breakfast, their grab and go breakfast was a good solution at this time. We will be anxious to visit again when everything returns to normal and the restaurant is open. Comfortable bed in a large room. Great pillows. White, crisp sheets. Hot shower.

Nothing that we didn't like. We were only at the hotel for one night. Everything was fine for the evening's stay.

Breakfast was very good at your restaurant. The website had said that children under 18 ate for free but the server said it was 11 and under. They assisted my husband with filling up our ice chest.

No cookies. The door stuck but we didn't ask management about it until later.

Clean and spacious room. Free Lyft ride service within 5 miles between 6 am and 10 pm.

The hotel restaurant was closed and the free breakfast was not available. The heating system in the room located next to the bed was very noisy when it came on.

Helpful staff with using lift services, giving us info of the area, etc.

No luggage carts. Was told, only had 4 of them and they said visitors are not returning them to the front? We had to make several trips to our room with our luggage. Maybe need more carts or language to visitors to return them.

Room was a great size, had an armchair and ottoman, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom had been updated. Except as noted, the room was clean. Great value for the price. The staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating.

The phone was very dusty, so it obviously hadn't been sanitized. Something had been spilled down one side of the ottoman and was not cleaned. The floor of the tub was not as clean as it should be.

Breakfasts were delicious. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location. We will return.

Air conditioning is always noisy in hotels, unfortunately.
