Spacious modern room; comfortable bed;quiet soundproofing; Clean/spotless Beautiful view/ golf course and lake. Had everything we needed for summer staycation; Water park/pools great; loved Scottish piper and whiskey bar indeed that was why we picked this hotel out; lovely dinner; enjoyed live music in lounge. All in all, terrific stay. We’ll be back!

The property was great. But wasn’t happy with the way booking.com handled things. Ur policy about price matching is terrible. I sent a pic of where it was every thing was the same and 200. Dollars cheaper and u had some lame excuse that it wasn’t the same.

The location is excellent. The hotel grounds are beautiful. Very clean rooms. Comfortable beds. I loved the back courtyard with tables, chairs and drink service.
Not worth the $800 a night “all-in” fee. They service rooms twice a week. Food outlets were below average. And please, for $800 a night, upgrade your toilet paper.

We played golf at one of the onsite courses. However the greens were, had apparently just been aerated, and so were not fun to play on at all. We weren't told that before we started.

The resort was beautiful with many conveniences and entertainment options.
Mattresses were extremely soft creating pains in the neck and back. However, the room had a trundle bed that was extremely firm, eliminating the issues.

The grounds & the hotel spaces are awesome. The rooms are a bit tired & worn. The toilet paper roll is coming out of wall, the plugs in bathroom are also coming out if wall. I’d give the overall hotel 5 stars, the room a 3 star.
Maid service only came once for 5 night stay. For a high end hotel I would have expected daily cleaning

The view of the golf course from our room was fabulous. Unfortunately the rainy weather put a damper on all out door activities. Arizona needed the rain and it was God's way of answering prayers.
We should not have had to pay to self park in addition to the daily resort fee (not to mention 14% tax).

The food was ok… we had to return 2 meals…the strawberries were old on the oatmeal but other than that it was fine. Everyone was very nice and we were not charged for the strawberries
