Mainly and you probably would ignore me for saying this value for money 10 out of 10 in fact 100 percent you are the best out there . But your toilets and your cleaning staff must do more runs cleaning, also downstairs the shower’s you are neglecting them they are starting to block the water is running down the drain very slowly which means blockage soon or later you will have problems please urgently have a look and pay attention to it . Your cleaning staff toilets needs more doing throughout the day . Thank you . Victor s Nguida .

Your room mattresses are getting tired is time to consider investment replacement I know the times over coved 19 are not good but you must consider it . Thank you .

Best Hostel I have been to, they have a system similar to a proper Hotel, separate entrance, you get a card that you have to pay £2 refundable upon return of the access card. Clean entrance, facilities and room, you also get a window. The staff was amazingly hospitable, made me feel welcome and was clear in voice. Bar isn’t too loud and well organised. I stayed in Room 1 👍🏼

Everything is really good for the price you pay. I had an emergency, I stayed a night at another Hostel that wasn’t as good as St Christopher. This one is well managed and every room has an exciting London tube name to it.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable with all the stuff you need - eu/uk plug with a little lamp, a pillow and a blanket. It's located in a good spot, it has good facilities like discount on drinks in the bar next door as well as they offer a decent breakfast, with good choice of food. You can't get a full English but for £4 extra I paid via Booking.com it was very good.

I was in room 16D and please fix the stupid fan in the room, Every time it would rotate it would wobble as the legs are not even and so the blades would hit the protective case making it very difficult to fall asleep.

Good location with buses to almost all areas around London, three underground tube stations and an overground train station just opposite the Hostel - Shepherds Bush is so excellently connected. And just at the doorsteps of the Hostel is the gigantic massive shopping centre Westfield London and next door to the Hostel there is W12 shopping centre with favourite retail stores, Lidl, Boots, Savers and loads of take away outlets {Greggs, Mcdonalds, KFC, kebab and bakeries, restaurants, Charity shops - St Christopher's Inn Shepherd's Bush is one of the BEST in West London - they serve good food and you can prepare your choice of what you fancy in a Microwave in the LOUNGE - DINING AREA with comfortable sofas, large dining table, fridge and beverage utensils and free Bottled water Tank throughout the day until midnight. I also like their many showers which have powerful and have proper hot water and the cleanliness is superb even at night time - they have night cleaners!!!

I wish there was a proper kitchen or else a mini oven not just a microwave - because of my allergies I have to prepare my own food but their MENUS are super excellent in every way. Their electronic keys can jam up / deactivate now and again but easily corrected by the ever Friendly Staff at Reception.

The staff were super friendly and professional. The facilities were good with a smoking terrace, very large chill out room in the basement.

The basement has very poor ventilation also it was uncomfortably hot down there at times, it could use a fan or two! The location is a bit dodgy. I spent the evening of the 1st at A&E at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital as I was attacked across the street by a crazy security guard of a shop and had to get CT scans and 6 stitches in the back of my head. As long as you are in at a reasonable you should be fine but otherwise the neighbourhood isn’t the greatest at night.

I already knew Shepherd's Bush, it's a lovely location and has many facilities, such as pubs, restaurants, and great shopping. Decent transport links to other areas in London. The hostel is lovely and the staff are great, not sure about the bar and food, as I was out for all the time, but I'll try it out next time. The room was lovely, bed was comfortable, certainly needed the fan as it was hot, and the facilities were good and well maintained.

Trouble with the keycard, both accessing the building and the room.

The shower rooms were clean and had ample of them. Beds were clean, checkin process was smooth and the staff was helpful. I also enjoyed spending sometime in the terrace area which was quite after evening, it had a heater as well. The bar below had good vibe, there’s plenty of options to dine in (cafes etc.). LIDL was just next door for any quick fixes needed.

Somehow the room that I was allocated had a foul smell, like stinking socks but I wasn’t sure if it was one of my roommates or was it in general. The accommodation that is just in front of street can be a bit noisy, I am a deep sleeper so that didn’t affect me but I woke up to it in morning rather than my alarms tone (which can be good/bad, depends if you are a light sleeper or not)

Good size rooms, comfortable beds, provided towels and coffee/tea. Good facilities - a lot of showers!! Location is great, opposite Shepherd’s Bush station and lots of restaurants/shops nearby. Would stay again - such good value for money. I stayed in another hostel for double the price and was not as comfortable as this one!

Stayed a night in 4-bed female dorm on a Tuesday night. Plenty of space, mirrors, plugs etc. Bed was comfortable and I slept well. Shared bathrooms were clean and numerous - e.g. no issues waiting for a shower. I wasn't there for a hostel atmosphere (meeting people etc.) so it was perfect for me. I'd imagine the bar downstairs is ideal for that though, if you're looking for it.

I like privacy curtains in hostels so would have appreciated that. I was also on a top bunk and was lacking a shelf.

The duvet was perfect, I didn't feel cold at all. The showers had enough space and it had hot water and good pressure. They had one women's bathroom that was small but it was good to feel safe. Although I shared the room with 7 more people I didn't have any problems. The leisure room had water, electric heater, a fridge and a microwave.

The mattress was not the best but for 3 nights it was good enough. I had to wait a little more than expected for check in but it was about 20 minutes so it's ok and the staff were friendly.
