2 mins away from Earl's court station made it very easy to travel to different areas within london! Room was fine, bed comfortable and staff were friendly. The garden was unexpected but fantastic! They saved my luggage so I could roam about on the final day which was super appreciated as it meant I could make the most of it.

Wifi could have been a little better. Once you disconnect for the night, it seems you would have to connect again the next you need to use it. Also the tokens for the internet would run out too quickly at times so you'd have to get another from reception (though they were more than happy to do so).

The staff were exceedingly helpful and friendly. The outdoor courtyard looked wonderful. I can imagine it would be a good place to be when the weather warms up. I was able to work a few days while there for a week. The wi-fi was essential and readily available. It is nice to have 24 hour front-desk coverage. Although close to and facing towards Earl's Court Street it was surprisingly quiet. The continental breakfast was a nice way to start the day. Great proximity to Earl's Court Tube Station. I don't require much fuss so they left me alone as I hung the "do not disturb" notice on the door knob as I worked and played.

The furnishings and surface materials used in the rooms could use an upgrade but were clean. The toilet access was tight. The pedestal sink in my room should be replaced with a narrower wall mounted sink so as to not take up so much space. The sink was chipped but functional.

Location is great, rooms are functional and overall clean, fans were welcome in the heat, we didn’t spend too long in the room other than to sleep and shower and leave the next day, it’s basic and functional and what you expect for the price.

The plastic mattress protectors are horrible, they rustle every time you move and make you sweat horribly in the night, I don’t think I’ve stayed anywhere with plastic mattress protectors before but it was nasty. Lift is slow, shower curtains could be updated to white rather than brown

Breakfast was poor one croissant and bread roll and each.

Excellent location, very close to Tube station, but no noise from said tube station. Even though located in busy area, it was quiet at night. Room was adequate for 3 adults who only used it for sleeping it. Bathroom adequate but could do with modernising. We had both the "full English" and continental breakfast and both were excellent. Staff extremely helpful even though they were short staffed.

As stated bathroom could benefit from updating.

The building is old and you start noticing it… the floor joints are opening up in the dining area, paint is peeling in some corners, walls plaster is cracking, wooden window frames are old. Still a safe place to be, but it would hurt the building if nobody would put some serieus love, handy work and some of money into some renovation

The staff were all very friendly. Overall it was comfortable and clean.

There was no fridge (as advertised) in my room or facilities to make my own drink. I asked on my arrival and was told I would have a fridge brought up but 3 days later when I left there was still no fridge. I was unable to shower on my first morning because of issues with the cold tap sticking however when I came back later that day a member of staff did fix it for me.

The staff went above and beyond to make your experience worth going back. Location absolutely spot on for commuters. Room nice size and the bed was nice and firm Again the staff couldn’t do enough for you at breakfast

The shower needs some updating and if I really want to get fussy perhaps some better windows

The rooms were a bit old-fashioned but nice and clean. I love that there was a refrigerator in the room. The hotel was a 20-second walk from the tube station, and there was a grocery store and several pubs and restaurants right nearby.

I wish there had been proper coffee instead of just instant at breakfast, but other than that, no complaints!
