very comfortable, quiet rooms. exceptionally nice and helpful staff throughout. Kudos to Archie and the restaurant team. Very good food and service. Very helpful Reception staff! Great location too. 5 min walk to Kingston Rail Station (direct to Waterloo and Vauxhall). 6 min walk to Cromwell Road Bus Station (which has excellent signage and wait areas). plenty of shopping opportunities and River walk with many restaurant and pub options, plus walking paths. Easy to get to Hampton Court Palace by the 411 bus line.

The rooms are comfortable. Breakfasts and the restaurant on the ground floor is good. Location is close to the Thames and restaurants, high streets. Some staff is very helpful but not all.

Some staff is not helpful. When I was feeling unwell, i wanted to order room service but there was no menu in the room, the staff asked me to go down to get the menu despite knowing I wasn't feeling well. I also forgot a watch and the staff is not helpful in order for me to retrieve it and very inflexible and rude in handling the situation, hanging up phone before we had a chance to say anything. Customer line is very hard to get through, I had to call through Hawker restaurant to get through. But there was one staff who was helpful who helped me print out my documents.

Breakfast was very good. Hotel lovely and staff excellent.

There wasn’t a mirror in the bedroom which was a problem when using hair straighteners or other products.

The staff - especially the Russian speaking (i hope im not mistaken) lady and the gentleman who was mostly there for night shifts. Traveling with a baby is hard already but the staff tried their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were spacious compared to most hoteld in London. The breakfast was also nice.

Maybe the location (proximity to london central) but if you want to hang around only in the south west, then it’s good. It’s located around so many shops and restaurants

Location is excellent just few steps from the main street. The breakfast was really varied and truly has everything you could wish for. Loved the welcome cookie :) and staff are really helpful

The only thing that could be better is to have a nespresso coffee machine in the room...when you pay £250 per night you would expect a proper coffee machine. Also there was no fridge in the room which with hot weather would have been useful.

room service. They said at check in that they don’t do regular daily service but if I needed extra towels or anything I should ask. I had to ask and they were helpful then I asked for daily service as we were there for 5 nights. last night they forgot. disappointed in this service. feel like the price I paid I should have full service.

Fantastic location, beautiful room lovely restaurant and bar area

Not enough staff to facilitate services. Only one staff member at bar during busy period, morning breakfast very busy but not enough staff to clear tables (had to clear my own from previous occupant and get my own cutlery and some of the cooked breakfast food was cold) Long queues for only one coffee machine.

The staff did their best to make our stay comfortable, they really tried hard.

The rooms are small it's not easy to move around. Pillows are not comfortable.the amenities of good quality but basic,no shower caps unless one asks,no vanity kits nor swing essentials,no slippers!

The room was very clean upon arrival, although it wasn't cleaned during the stay. The air conditioning was a plus as it was quite hot that weekend. The check-in staff was very friendly and polite. I was given a welcome cookie upon arrival (not a Hilton Member). Breakfast had a variety of foods and was quite tasty. I enjoyed my stay and wish I could've stayed longer. I will definitely return. Perfect for a staycation.

The restaurant was closed for my last dinner, which was unfortunate as I had plans with somebody for dinner that night. Room service was also limited due to Coronavirus measures and wasn't available my last night. The restaurant staff took a while to get to my table for me to pay, too. Other than those few hiccups everything was wonderful.
