The breakfast staff were fantastic, and the bed was comfortable and big.

There was no room for hanging and packing clothing away. We had to live out of our suitcase and stayed for a week, so that was a pain. The rooms cater for people who stay for one night, but not enough space for unpacking bags if staying more than that. The staff who clean the rooms don't do a good job. Dirt on the floor stayed on the same place the whole week we were there. They made the beds but my pillows weren't moved. Used glasses weren't replaced. It seems all they do is give fresh towels and pull the duvet straight.

Amazing location and amazing staff they are above and beyond every other hotel I’ve stayed at. Dined in the restaurant at night , again food was excellent and unique setting with the horse arena . Special Mention to Callum, Chloe, Summer and I think it was Louisa on reception. They all deserve to be paid top dollar and I hope they are - they are a credit to the establishment.

Not that it was a dislike more of a suggestion - the breakfasts could be tweaked slightly. No teapot and I had to fiddle about with dunking teabags at table and stained my t shirt - my own fault I suppose - also the sausages and bacon weren’t the best …but the staff were excellent again .

We booked the Connemara suite for my daughters wedding , staff were excellent and could not have been nicer very professional with a great personal touch it was an emotional day for us as proud parents but we had everything done for us, picked up at the hotel & driven to my daughters lodge then myself & my daughter were were whisked up to the Connemara suite all beautifully decorated for the occasion, everyone of our guests commented on how special the whole night was no hiccups all night , so I’d like to thank everyone on behalf of both sets of proud parents the Perratt’s& The Rae’ . Thanks Ingliston country club for making it a night no one will ever forgot ps the bride& groom tayor&kieran had the night of there lives & are currently on honeymoon xxx🥰

The room location was good

The breakfast wasn't great. It was a buffet breakfast which I usually really enjoy, but it appeared that everything was cooked first thing (like 7am ish) and then kept warm and reheated before it was brought out to replenish items. The bacon was like leather, the potato scones were a nightmare to cut as they were so hard, the mushrooms were all shrivelled up and didn't look very pleasant.. If my elderly parents had been with us, they wouldn't have been able to enjoy very much of the breakfast as most items would have been too tough. Very

Room was lovely, we were pleasantly surprised by the size of it and the bathroom which had a big bath and a shower. Bed was very comfy, staff were very friendly. Nice and quiet so easy to sleep. Might be noisier if there's a wedding on but there were complimentary earplugs. The restaurant had lovely staff who were very helpful with allergy requests and served very nice cocktails.

Cleanliness could have been a bit better, especially in the bathroom which was quite dirty in a few places. Bathroom floor definitely needs regrouted, it didn't look nice at all. Had asked for a specific request when booking relating to room cleanliness due to allergies, it wasn't met (despite confirmation via email) which was disappointing as it was quite an easy thing to do. A few tiny nitpicks: a bit stingy with the towels compared to most hotels and when we asked for more they never arrived. Would be nice to have a better tea selection, but the coffee was tasty!

We were there to see our friend Denise perform at Discolicious and could not have had a better time. Hotel is in a fabulous location set in it's own estate with great views. The hotel was immaculate and had everything we needed. All the staff were amazing in looking after us, but one member of staff stood out from the others...FIONA, who went above and beyond when helping us check in and parking the car. Had the best bank holiday weekend and we will definitely be back!

There was absolutely nothing that we didn't like.

Staff!!!! The staff are the jewel in the crown of this modern well appointed hotel and country club complex. Mostly young but fully invested in the task of real hospitality where you feel the center of all that is going on. I didn't make eye contact once where it wasn't reciprocated by big proper happy smiles. Uplifting, enhancing every moment of the stay.. Bonus was opening curtains on to a perfectly kept practice out door arena.

I ordered room service while I was getting ready to attend a wedding reception held locally. I was told it would be half an hour wait but it took over an hour. I had to leave before the food arrived. The reception staff left the food in my room as requested for when I returned. The advertised room said lake view but this was not the case. I was in a room overlooking a gravel enclosure, presumably for horse riding.

The staff were great and really friendly. In the dark it was not very clear which part was the hotel, I went into the wrong area and found a reception that said, the reception was closed and if I wanted to sign in go to the hotel reception, sadly it didn't tell you where to find the reception, so I was wandering around tired for a while before a helpful member of staff put me out my misery and directed me to the hotel block. Complimentary coffee in the rooms included "pods" which was great.

Breakfast didn't have much of a selection for vegetarians.

The stay was great but for the money there are a couple of things that could be easily repaired, the fridge didn’t close properly without having to pull the dishwasher out first and when you opened the fridge the door shelf fell off every time, the back gate didn’t close from the inside so the gate kept swinging open and we had a 4 year old with us. The phone in the kitchen had the wrong ext number info on it to contact the restaurant. The conditioner was empty in the shower.
