Best Western Plus West Edmonton

The pool was great. Room was clean and spacious. Loved the no carpet.

We only utilized the complementary breakfast the first of 2 mornings because both mornings are egg and sausage. Would have been nice to have a different option. It was hectic with so many people and the flow was lacking ie People were cutting in, were here and there and that was a little frustrating. Would have been nice to have more cereal options and yogurt available. Having one elevator made for long wait times. Late night traffic in the hallways seemed really loud and carried into the room.

All staff were kind and nice. I booked a joined room with out knowing, then around 11 pm kids from next room started making noise a lot while we were trying to sleep for tomorrow’s early plan. I called front desk and they offered us to change room to upper level. The problem was solved immediately and we had great sleep. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of option for protein, carbs, drinks, etc. The room, dining place, hallway all are very tidy and spotless. I love this place and absolutely recommend.

Swift check in/out process. Room was VERY spacious and impeccably clean. Facilities especially the pool and hot tub were well kept. Ample parking on site. Coffee/hot chocolate machine and tea were available 24/7. Breakast had good choices (although the yogurt machine was broken and french toasts were not available when included in the menu). Staff were very welcoming and kind. Location was perfect for our intended stay (work-related) and even better because it was close to WEM. Will DEFINITELY stay here again 😊

We loved how close it was to a main bus ride down to West Edmonton Mall. It only took 5 min by bus. The pool was a great size for kids to play and they enjoyed the relaxed vibe of the property. Great price for all that you get: breakfast, pool, close to a lot of stores, food.

The beds are softer than I am used to so my back hurt a little.

Very modern and clean. Appreciated the coffee machine in reception and also the complimentary breakfast. Pool was a good size and clean.

Not something I didn’t like but a little unusual was that the bathroom sink was in the bedroom not the bathroom. This worked really well for my family though.

The hot breakfast is great, coffee is really good and the bed was super comfy. Even the pillows were comfortable. Really nice to have the fancy coffee dispenser in the lobby and also thankful that I could fill up my water bottle too.

Someone left the bathroom fan on for hours and hours in an adjoining room. It did get a bit annoying.

I had requested a quiet room away from elevator as have sleep issue. They gave us top floor and farthest away from the elevator. Room was spotless and I’m picky. The lady on the front desk on the overnight shift was super pleasant and helpful - an asset to your facility.

Nothing to dislike

Room was spacious and free breakfast was great. The coffee machine in the lobby was a nice touch too. Workout room looked good, and the pool area was clean.

The only negative is that the hot tub has a capacity of 4 people, which is ridiculous for a hotel.

Room was spacious, we got the 2 Queen room and with the 3 of us we were very comfortable, not tripping over each other. The staff were very helpful, the breakfast was excellent.

It would help if there were another washing machine and dryer available for guests.

Clean rooms, comfy beds, close to WES.

The breakfast set up was terrible. Everything is clustered in one spot, coffee and waffle station and anddirty dish bins in.   Fruit was minimal,.no yoghurt or dry cereal or anything.
