Comfort Inn Edmonton West

We liked that there was a Bible in the room. We appreciated that there was a microwave in the room and that the hotel sold frozen meals that we could cook. we so appreciated that the hotel provided paper plates and cutlery. we don't like to eat out a lot, so this meant a lot to us. The cleaning staff were wonderful- especially the lady from Ukraine - she used her phone to translate so we could communicate. we were blessed to get to know her and very proud of the hotel for hiring her, considering all her country and people are experiencing.

Close to many amenities, clean room, comfortable bed. Shower had good water pressure and lots of warm/ hot water. Family restaurant next door, Mcdonald's just west. Arby's and pizza across the street. Staff were very friendly.

The only improvement I would suggest is dispensers for shampoo and body wash built into the shower. They had very small bottles..so I went to the Great Canadian Superstore just east and bought a larger bottle for my stay.

That I was a real late check Inn nd my room was still there .

I didn't like that the damage deposit was not allowed to be cash, as a person like me I don't believe in credit cards and only have visa debit to di deposits or cash .. this is a very bad thing for alot of us ppl that travel no everyone has credit cards but do have funds... Shud bring that back because without that I will not be able to stay here if it's credit card only for deposits ..

The facility location was nearby stores, and accessible to major businesses in the area. Our stay was good.

Our access card was deactivated earlier than our checkout time. We were stuck at the back entrance. We went outside, and we brought out our belongings into our vehicle. If that were -30 below, we would have been frozen. I brought up this matter to the front desk, and it was confirmed that the access card was deactivated.

I didn’t go for breakfast the rest was excellent Everything was organized. Clean room has more space extra charges for our phone. It was excellent. Actually I book every year Comfort Inn I like the law question and area. Cost for everything for West Edmonton Mall, four downtown for everything.

Little bit I don’t know for all rooms or just a room 250 when you flush the toilet it doesn’t have a lot of water

We were meeting family there for a memorial service, staying 5 days. The staff were VERY friendly and accommodating, especially Lily in the breakfast room. Breakfast was great, and the room later in the day was available for cards and chats.l

The hotel is in an industrial area, so no scenery or grass/landscaping. The hotel itself though was top-notch. Thanks for the hospitality!

Absolutely loved our stay. Staff is very friendly. Very clean. The shower was amazing lol. Location was very convenient for what we went there for. Five minute drive to west edmonton mall. The price was unbeatable. Highly recommend staying here. Will be our first choice from now on.

Unfortunately there was no continental breakfast, but you are literally a one minute walk to McDonald's as they are right next door.

super close to the mall, there was free parking, staff was really lovely, the rooms were super clean and pretty, there was a microwave and a fridge, free cold water, hot water for tea and coffee in the lobby

there was a bit of confusion because i don’t have a credit card but it was cleared up really fast and overall no issues. i was a little shocked by the 200$ damage deposit, however it was returned at the end of the stay and there were no issues

Staff were very friendly. Lots of parking and good location for access to West Edmonton Mall, Superstore and a short drive to downtown and the river parks. The Hotel looks dated from the outside but the rooms are quite modern and very clean!

Air conditioner was super noisy. Like a train running through the room all night.

A nice hotel, the rooms are quiet and very warm, even when it was real winter and -30 degrees outside. There is a grocery store and various restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. Quick check-in and check-out, without any problems. Thank you to the staff for a good reception. Wi-Fi worked well in the room.
