Friendly stuff, you need their help they are there for you. Location is Perfect, less than min walk from Taksim Square. The room we booked was spacious enough.

Bed is not the most comfortable, and the breakfast is not bad... that being said this is not the Plaza :) for the price you pay this is just perfect :) can be noisy during the night, but if you expect quietness in the heart of Taksim, maybe you should book a room at the Plaza...if you can afford it :) but again if u can afford the Plaza, you wouldn't be reading this review. I really should stop mentioning the Plaza....Plaza....Plaza :P

The staff was very friendly and helpful - including assistance in moving around and getting to the airport. Home-baked cake, tea and fresh fruit were available for guests at the reception desk - really a warm ambience. Also a buffet breakfast gets high grades - very diverse, served at the roof terrace. Location was also great - just across the street from the Taxim Square. Really, met all my expectations.

Buildings in Istanbul are typically tall and narrow, resulting in steep stairways and relatively small rooms with windows opening on small, darkish backyards. Pera Luna was no exception.

Excellent, clean and cozy hotel, just a few metres from Istiklal Street and Taksim Square, where you can find metro, buses, everything. Also, it's a very touristic area with many police officers around so we felt very safe. The room was comfortable and big enough for our luggage. Everyday we had fresh towels and bottled water! Special thanks to the personnel. We felt like home , all the guys did their best for our questions and requests. The outside noise many write about is just the normal daily hustle and bustle of a big city as Istanbul and you get used to it. At the end of the day you feel so tired to hear it!

-Sometimes the bathroom smelled bad, maybe because of the central ventilation system. -The breakfast tasty and fresh, but very basic. However you can order fried eggs or omelette with cheese!

The room on the 5th floor itself had a beautiful city view and it was very close to the kitchen/ dining room. We liked the food and especially the welcome drinks (there was a choise for coffee, tea, water and juice) and the welcome cake, this was unique! The morning coffee is fresh and boiled, the room also has a teapot, some tea bags and coffee as well. In case 2 bottles of water wasn't enough we asked for the additional one and it was always given, we really appreciated that. The beds and pillows are good as well. The location in my point of view is the best, Taksim Sqr is 2 minutes walk, Migros and local stores too. The Istiklal Street is also near (5-8 minutes walk) but you can't hear the noise from it, which is perfect. Also, what i liked is that the HAVAIST-16 stop is way to close and you can use public transport to get to the hotel, which is cheap and convinient for us. The service is perfect Thanks for the warm stay!

The first night the fridge was not working, but when we came back after the walk the next day everything was working back, so they have fixed the issue very fast. Thanks for that. We were leaving on the 5th floor, the elevator is set till the 4th one, after that you need to go up the stairs, for us it was no problem, but pls consider those who can't use the stairs.

The staff were friendly and very welcoming. It felt like visiting a friend who offers you cake, tea and coffee. Deniz, the chef was so kind and had a beautiful breakfast spread everyday with different hot items that were so delicious. He offered me an omelette everyday but the other items were so good that I refused the omelette. Oguzhan and Erkan were very nice as well. I definitely recommend this hotel. The lobby is beautiful. Unfortunately I only took videos of the areas inside and outside and no pics so I can’t share. Also, don’t believe the bad ratings. Maybe previous management wasn’t good. But people at this property are very friendly.

The mattress was too soft which bothered my back. The rain shower was great but the drain wasn’t fast enough for it so water would stay over my toes and I didn’t like that.

Pera Luna looks like a traditional building from the outside, but is thoroughly modern inside and thoughtfully decorated. It's right off Taksim Square, so there's plenty of shopping, restaurants, and lively atmosphere. Public transport is nearby, and it's convenient to the Havaist bus from the airport. There's always light refreshments available in the lobby and a pianist on Saturday evenings. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are splendid with lots of variety. The room was compact, but comfortable; a place for everything and everything in its place.

This hotel is a gem. I am glad I stayed here. I was pleasantly surprised. It is a small hotel but very cozy and comfortable. The room was beautifully decorated and bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff are so kind and go out of their way to help you. There was a good choice of breakfast and also provided cake and juice/coffee/tea at reception. I felt safe here as a solo traveller. The Location was excellent- the main square was literally on the doorstep. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making my experience in Istanbul an enjoyable one.

Excellent hotel. The staff are very kind and helpful. The hotel is cleaned every day. The staff is available 24 hours a day and will help if anyone needs anything. I had a very good feeling from the hotel and I felt like it was my home. The staff are very kind and respect everyone. Coffee, tea, juice and everything else is free. Excellent breakfast. In the afternoons, he comes to Lavi Musical and plays music. I will go to the same hotel next time. The best hotel in Taksim is Pera Luna Residence. Thank you to all the hotel staff 🙏🙏🌹🌹

The hotel was great!!!! The best service ever!!! My friend and I stayes 7 nights. The staff was super extra nice, i don't have enough words to describe how much. I have never been in a hotel that I knew all the staff members and they were so friendly and i'm travelling for years... They helped us in everything even with tickets to buses. Always welcomed us warmly and offered turkish tea. Breakfast was excellent Great location- on the center of istanbul, just near istiklal and taxim. I will definitely come back! Amazing. Amazing. Amazing. You should totally visit!

I liked the welcoming and warmth of the hotel staff that makes you feel like home. They had a lift and good breakfast everyday.The Kaymar and honey wax was to die for maybe the best i ever had...in higher rooms you get a fabulous city view. And the most important thing is that its near the airport buses...

Small bathrooms , needed better sound proofing but it is definitely better than hotels in istaklal street... that's it mainly...
