I liked the hotel. Cleanliness, breakfast, location, staff were very good. it can be very noisy at times as it is in a busy spot so I took a point off. When I come to Istanbul, I will stay in the same hotel again.

The hotel is in a very good location as a location, of course, this means some noise, but in general, the hotel was clean and beautiful. At a point where you can access all kinds of transportation in terms of transportation convenience, for example, you can reach by vehicles such as metro, bus, taxi, etc. and all are available near this hotel. Shopping and entertainment points are also very close to the hotel. I don't think you should start the day without having breakfast at the hotel, because you get the feeling of all Istanbul under your feet during breakfast. The rooms were cleaned regularly every day, and the employees were really kind and courteous.

The receptionist was excellent (both guys) and willing to help. Hotel and rooms are small, but convenient for a small trip (in Istanbul you wouldn't stay at room except for sleep and rest. View from room was very good (Takim square in front of the hotel). So for me as the rate is very convenient compared to other nearby i find this hotel very good. Location and cleanness is very good.

Room size is very small, breakfast is very basic (even there was no coffee or no hot milk), but the guy made upon request omelet. Even you don't have space for baggage, but its ok, you can change and put your staff on the bed.

Since the hotel is in a central location, I could easily find it when I first arrived. Since it is in Taksim Square, there are many transportation options. You can use metro, bus or taxi. As long as I stayed at the hotel, the staff provided all kinds of help with a very helpful attitude. Although I can't spare a long time for breakfast, a nice breakfast is served on the terrace floor against the view. I asked for a private transfer vehicle to go to the airport and they provided me with a transfer vehicle at an affordable price. The stay at the hotel was very satisfactory.

After making a 6-night reservation, a note was sent to the hotel stating the rules of the hotel and it was noted that it was a family hotel. This was an important criterion for us as we were going as a family, we were comfortable as long as I stayed at the hotel with my family. At the same time, when the hotel stated that they provide the transfer between the airport and the hotel at a low price upon request, we asked for this transfer vehicle in order to provide comfortable transportation to the hotel, and they talked to the transfer company and they made us come to the hotel comfortably by picking us up at the airport exit. As soon as we entered the hotel, we were greeted with a smiling face, they kindly helped us and gave us our room card after we made our check-in process and directed us to our room. The elevator was a little small, but it wasn't too much of a problem for us. There was fast wifi without password in the room. Likewise, our room had a TV and a safe. Every morning between 8 and 10:30, breakfast was ready on the terrace floor with the view of Taksim Square. I tried to give information about the hotel rather than the places we visited on our own, so it was a bit of plain text, but of course, our holiday was very fun and good.

First of all, its location is at a point where every point can be reached easily and when I first came to the hotel, I had no difficulty in finding the hotel, because it is at a central point. Breakfast is enough as an option, and it may even be too much for you, and I can't pass without praising its taste. The rooms are cleaned regularly every day, every time you enter the room, you are greeted with a clean and tidy room. I think it's a nice detail that you don't need a password for wifi in the rooms, otherwise some people are hesitant to ask for the password, like me. I really liked it overall. I would also like to thank all the hotel staff who helped me. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
