the location was great very good and comfy accomodation considering the price the hosts were very caring and helpful

-after arrival, there is never anyone at the reception desk, there is a phone number, but a foreign tourist rarely has mobile data, so it would be nice to also have the wifi password at the reception so that people can write via whatsapp and not pay for roaming like we did -not 100% clean, the bathroom could be better, but good enough, not dirty by any means -noise from surroundings , but it is the old town of Istanbul, I think it is the same anywhere else

Don't even need to mention how polite, patient and helpful the staff working there were, really well positioned near the main attractions of the city and in the middle of the heart of Istanbul. I was promised a room with a view to the sea but I could see just 3/4 of it.. instead they had REALLY clean rooms/bathrooms and careless housekeeping never found a better place to stay!

The room was a bit smaller than what I expected a part for that it was a good experience

The room was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable with new mattresses. The Wi-Fi was right in the room, so the speed was quite good even for work. There’s one room on each floor so you don’t hear the people in the other rooms. The AC is provided so it’s comfortable even in the Istanbul heat. When the AC got broken, the stuff kindly helped us even in the late hour.

It was a bit noisy outside at night, but, with the windows closed and AC on, that’s not a big problem. Be ready to climb the hill to get to Grand Bazaar :)

Excellent location. Hotel is located right next to main attractions like Grand bazaar, blue mosque and aya sofia. All main attractions and public transport are walking distance.

There is no lift in hotel and they have 3 floors. So you have to take stairs to go to your room after long walks in istanbul. Also the hotel is at downhill so to go to all attractions you need to walk uphill. So be prepare to do walking

First of all, we had a great host. Emrah is a great, kind host. He was always available and helpful. The location is very close to all attractions, 10 -20 minutes walk. Our dog was also welcome. The street itself is very close to the Grand Bazaar and there are many warehouses and workshops nearby and it is quite noisy, lively and not particularly clean. We didn't mind, because all the other advantages of accommodation are much more important.

Very cozy and warm room, with big windows and good water pressure in bathroom. Close to all main attractions of Fatih. Our host Emrah was the highlight of our stay: hospitable, helpful and caring!

Sometimes going to the 3rd floor without the elevator was a bit tough. Noises from the street, but this is what you get in this area.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was great and always there for us. The location was perfect, all main attractions 15-20min walking. The environment seems a little bit dark but it is really safe. We will visit this place again!

The room was very nice. Nice touch with tea, coffee, bottle of water in room on arrival. Nice selection of plates, cups and cutlery. Fridge.

Would be nice to have receptionist on site. Saying that office just around corner 24/7 and always been able to contact someone on here and get an answer fairly quickly

Everything was great, guys at the reception are 24/7 present at desk, always ready to help, answer questions and being very nice overall. In the last day we had flight in late evening and they kindly agreed to keep our baggage with them after our check out.
