Taken aback by $1000 baht cash deposit. I thought I lost the receipt and was told no refund without receipt despite being a requirement to obtain a key. Later found receipt and obtained a refund.so, take a photo of receipt at the reception desk.

no clothes dryer and not enought hangers for the towels in bathroom, no true closet bathroom is generalny ok, but "japanese style" and not very ergonomic (one towel hanger in double room?!), very few shelve in bathroom, not very comfortable sink

The Hotel is located in a quiet off-street location which is still quite close to Pattayas attractions. Which means you can get plenty of rest as required. Bed was a good size and comfortable. Room was clean and staff where diligent about cleanliness. Staff where very helpful and friendly which made my stay very comfortable.

It is better to have a half day stay price instead of asking customer to pay another day for over stay. I had a hangover night and couldn't wake up that early. They told me that if i exceed 4pm to checkout they will charge me for another day

Comfortable bed. Great location. Easy walking distance to shops and bars, yet hotel is quiet. Hotel reception staff and cleaners were excellent, friendly and professional.
Wi-Fi at this hotel wasn’t good and signal regularly drops out. Our room was on the 4th floor, maybe a Wi-Fi booster may help?
