Sunbeam Hotel Pattaya - SHA Extra Plus

Pool, breakfast, location and room were great.

Staff at front desk could have been friendlier.

staff were all fantastic, especially the man who served the bar at the pool and the ladies that cleaned the rooms. The swimming pool was a bunos for my 7 year old son.

noisy neighbours, not the hotels fault to be fair but putting 6 grown men sharing 3 rooms next to 2 families when the hotel was half empty was not ideal.

Sunbeam is a similar price to other hotels around but much better rooms and great breakfast.

The rooms are so clean and lots of space. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Cleaners very good and happy. The doorman one of the nicest person you can meet, always happy. Reception staff all spoke good English. The gym was good too. Excellent situation too, on a quiet Soi but nest to all the busy Soi's

The pool was a letdown. So many mosquitoes and ants, you could not use it, never seen any guest around it. The floor around the pool very dangerous too, all uneven planks and very slippy wood. Also not the hotels fault, but most the guest were Indians who are the rudest people you can meet. Block the lobby, lift area and corridors like the own the place.

Breakfast was not very good egg station was good but fresh juice never topped up and staff were not restocking as supply was low managing staff training in the breakfast room is poor compared to my previous stay in the Continent Bangkok , always a good choice and staff made your coffee just a lot of improvement beeded

. The hotel was very good and reasonably priced, always very clean, cleaning lady supurb.staff were helpful. Great location. Was taken aback when asked to pay for small bottle of mouthwash,. The breakfast at this hotel was part of my room price and was excellent. Recommend to anyone going to pattaya, good price, great spacious room and short 3 minute walk to beach and 3 minute walk to huge shopping plaza. Thanks staff .

Location fairly quiet yet very near bars and restaurants. Staff friendly and helpful and dealt with a couple of minor problems I had quickly and efficiently. Good value for money, compared with many countries I stay in amazing value for money, I will return 😁

Big deluxe room, very tastefully decorated, very comfy and great value.. staff were great, always there to help..

The only real issue was the bathroom had an odour not very pleasant when walk in the room initially. But didn't affect my stay in any way .

I like the location which is 5 minute walk to Central Pattaya, beach, night life and restaurant. The room is big, with baht tub, slippers, bathrobe and other things you need, feels like home. Seaview from the view. Staff are friendly.
