Kaen Hostel

I liked how well maintained the rooms and facilities were. All the staff members were very friendly and polite. The lady on the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable, also could speak English very well which helped me at times. For me I found this hostel to be one of the best I have ever stayed at while travelling, Thank you, you will be seeing me again.

I actually have nothing to even complain about. My stay here was great.

Really great place, super comfy and private 4bed dorm. Plenty of locker space and with a safe too. Really great staff, helpful and friendly. Location is a perfect base for a lot of things, free coffee and tea, toast too, great WiFi and very clean foyer and common areas.

The bathroom smelt damp, with nowhere to hang clothes up for a shower, nor a shelf to leave anything, mosquitoes everywhere, only 1 toilet for men. Location is on the noisy Soi 2, so earplugs are a must!! There didn't appear to be any cleaning of communal areas ie: toilets during my stay.

From the moment you open the front door, everything is super clean and makes a great impression and looks just like in the pictures. On top of that there is so much space in your bed area and the mattress is so comfy:) The best sleep I had in Thailand so far.:)

They ask not to flush toilet paper in the toilet, but the bin for the used paper doesn't have any lid on so the smell is all over the bathroom. It's an easy solution that makes a big difference. Also the lockers could be bigger.

Amazing location, really nice interior design and an amazing rooftop! The bed was spacious and there is room to have your luggage in a closet-like area in the bed.

The bathroom does smell a little moldy, nothing terrible, and it’s definitely clean. I suspect the smell comes from the lack of ventilation in the bathroom. But really this is the only thing about this place that wasn’t great, everything else was amazing.

I had a private room, with air conditioning you need it , TV without English language, but good position nice roof garden on top , very good staff did my washing for me good price

The shower room is not included the shower gel stuff, The shower room should have a place to put our own items, such as shower gel, shampoo, or the hook for the clothing/towel, rather than need to put them on the floor. Only one toilet at the floor.

Bathrooms didnt have a lock, so that the only minor, but I just locked the bathroom off , there werent a lot of people during my stay so itvwas okay, but when its busy it should be working

Nice space an lefts were there I didn't need to use it I was just on the second floor an I requested a bottom bunk an got it
