Breakfast very good(American),because customers only a few.Weekend Esa buffet fantastic! Location olso fantastic!

Deat Manager ; I understand its been hard Time last 2-3 years because of covid and only a few customers run The hotel.When economically possible take pools of from bathrooms and Make The shower cubicle with glaswalls /doors.Have to stress the craftmans that on the floor falls to the drainer .

Have stayed here before and booked again as the staff are lovely and the pool is fabulous. There are plenty of sunbeds and the hotel have bought lovely new parasols for shade. The rooms are very clean and the bed linen and towels are great quality. Good buffet breakfast and delicious coffee. The location is also good. 10 minute walk to the railway station and the beach. Supermarkets, convenience store and plenty of restaurants very nearby.

Wifi is a good strength but does drop out. Still no kettle in the superior room.

arrived early in the morning (9:30am) before regular check in time and the wonderful lady at reception checked me and my little boy in so he could rest and clean up. Then gave us a nice late check out so the little one could clean up before we left. So friendly and helpful. Lovely view from our windows.

Had temperature issues with the shower (couldn’t get hot water most of the time) but it didn’t really bother me because it was so hot outside that a cool shower was just fine, and I’m sure it’s an easy fix if required

Friendly staff, well priced and good breakfast, fantastic and very large pool with extra towels for beach, spacious room, good location between market village and nigh market, shuttle to the beach, we spent a week here and this will be my choice for next stay in Hua Hin

It would nice to have a smart tv in the room

public areas of the hotel are very nice. The rooms are good but could probably do with a bit of updating.

I would have liked there to have been a kettle in the room to be able to make a tea or coffee. Although the room was clean it did need some cleaning around the windows and sills, they definitely needed attention to as it was clear this was an area of the room that does not get cleaned.

the room was big, the bed was very comfortable and the reception and the other staff was very friendly and helpful. The AC was working very good and the bathroom and the room was very clean. I had a very good overnight stay in this hotel.

The breakfast could have been better with some more western food. The eggs should be prepared fresh and not stay on the tray for long periods of time. Bacon and soussage has been missing. too small coffee cups. Not nice to have to run to the buffet manny times.

Plenty of choice the food was good and everything was fresh

Wifi was terrible. The TV wasn't good 1 channel in English. Trying to get a sunbed at the pool area in the morning was terrible. People put towels on the beds at 6.30. Then they disappeared for hours. So it caused a few arguments at the pool.

Breakfast had good selection. Location great songtaws and taxi. Minivan from Prachuap Khiri Khan THB80 dropped us right in front of hotel. Beaufifull view from rooms and 17th floor rooftop bar. Wi-fi very good. Swimming pools nice clean

Water for bath and shower lukewarm

The location is very central, 7 /11 shop nearby. You can walk to train, local Market and beach. We had breakfast only once, it was well worth the money. The Christmas decorations made one feel quite at home... 👍. Room was cleaned everyday.

The room has a fridge. I missed having a kettle to make a coffee. 👎
