Bad mattress with springs sticking out.. Spotty WiFi. Very loud fridge . Small TV.

Breakfast offered a modest selection but there was something for all tastes. It was wholesome and freshly prepared. The dining room staff were really good- far more attentive than in a larger establishment. They remembered what everyone’s tastes were and wanted to please in every way by providing exactly what you wanted- immediately. Location is good but not quite a premium position. It lies just a few hundred metres away from the old town and it is less than a kilometre to the Hua Hin Beach. The reception staff was also particularly helpful. They knew everyone and could not have been more pleasant to all. Our baggage had not kept up with us on a tight transit so we needed to recover our two suitcases. (Which came separately on consecutive days!) The receptionist did all the calling as we did not have a local phone. She had to cope with all the usual frustrations of this type of problem, dialling up to ten times to speak to a human. All done with the usual smiley face and no charge. The pool is not large but as good as any in the small hotels in the area. It is a calm rooftop retreat with great views (7th floor). There is a very small gym and business centre/library/inside sitting space and adequate provision of comfortable loungers and sunshades.

Nothing really was below the standard I expect of a moderate sized privately owned hotel. The pool, like the vast majority in Thailand is not heated and so was on the cool side when we visited over new year. Temperature tends to build up quickly in January.

A drying rack on the balcony!!! Best idea of any hotel! Nice large room, large bench and desk area for luggage, large shower with full glass enclosure, large safe and wardrobe closet. Lovely Rooftop saltwater pool to watch the sunrise. Balcony on room had chairs and table. Very quiet as it sits back off the road and we had a room on the backside facing away from the street. Breakfast staff very attentive. Salad and fruit display fresh. Walkable to the beach and night market. Good variety of restaurants close to the beach. Super nice staff!

Bathroom sink didn’t hold water and we do sink laundry when traveling but not a huge issue. Eggs on the breakfast buffet were cold and they only bring out one small tray of scrambled eggs and don’t replace them.

Great location. Very friendly staff. Most of the staff spoke and understood a fair amount of English, which was great as we our knew one word of Sawikar ! Roof top pool was fantastic to come home to after a hot day out and about. 4 tv channels were in English.

The internet is crap. TV, phones etc kept dropping in & out! Air conditioner struggled a bit on the hit nights Getting the staff to put out the shaded for a bit of shade for the rooftop pool was difficult! Asked 3 times Failed 3 times

Very good sized room with bath and 2 showers and excellent hot water and pressure.The room immaculately clean and our house staff superb.The salt water pool on the rooftop looking over Hua Hin and out to sea a great place to relax with a cold beer.The location great.Very handy to night market,beach,dozens of restaurants and Father Teds sports bar for those who enjoy a drink and meal while watching your favourite sport.Staff speak good english.

Nice little hotel, Good size room with balcony which I didn't use once. Bathroom is nice, clean and modern..shower was hot sometimes but mostly Luke warm. Breakfast was ok.. it wasn't fantastic but it set us up for the day. Location is good, a short walk to a few eating places and the beach about 10mins walk. Good, safe parking at the hotel for the scooter I was using. Roof top pool is small but nice, Not many seats though. Staff are nice!

No bedside cabinets. luke warm shower most of the time. Breakfast is just ok, but could be better.

Few small things... They didn't provide the dental kit in bathroom (whereas they provided shower caps and all).. Dental Kits are simple mandatory nowadays.. It's mentioned that the Check In time is 14:00 hours.. I mentioned while booking that I'll arrive at 13:00 hours.. But I arrived at 13:45 hrs.. Even though the rrom was vacant but they didn't allow me check In when there was only 15 mins left for official check in..

Friendly Staff, rooms very clean and well maintained. Rooftop pool was great. Easy check in and check out. The cleaning ladies were awesome, always a smile on their face.

Unfortunately, due to mid season or something else, the restaurant of the hotel was closed. We booked without breakfast, but it would have been nice to have a possibility to eat something in the hotel once in a while.

the room was made up everyday, clean, quiet, I had a room in the back. staff very friendly, breakfast had omelet, thai food and fruit, among other things. location is very good, 5min walking distance from bars, beach and night market. I would stay here again.

First time we stayed in Hua Hin, a lot busier than we remembered twenty years ago. But still loved our short trip to visit friends. Hotel was lovely & as usual in Thailand the service & staff were brilliant.

Nothing much, only let down by booking.com keeping our money. Paying for the same hotel twice sticks in the throat. Well done booking.com keep all your customers happy & let the hotels suffer during the pandemic. Losing it now time to stop
