Overall, the hotel is excellent and has a really good price for the quality you receive. However, from the perspective of continuous improvement two recommendations: - For myself it was ok, but my girlfriend preferred a softer mattress and also air conditioning. However, this is of course personally, I like the temperature in the mountains (not too hot, but I agree at some points of the days it was a bit hot in the room, so air conditioning would not be a luxury). Maybe a choice of two different mattresses (one hard and one soft) so each can choose what kind of mattress each one prefers

The check in service could be better with information we asked about - Murmeliweg. We were shown only direction where to go - "right when exiting hotel" - that's it. And we could have been informed a bit better.

Fantastic hotel, very comfortable, rooms design and furniture modern simple and on perfect style and taste. Balcony with view to mountains exceptional. Receptionists very helpful and friendly. Older owners not so happy, it seemed. Great breakfast, perfect simple buffet amd very helpful and kind lady, keeping things ship shape and making sure everyone is happy, beautiful smile. Bed and duvet slippery. Not cosy snug feeling.

We received an upgrade to a superior suite which was very spacious, had a wonderful view and a big balcony. The bathroom was renovated and had a bathtub with nice view too. Breakfast was very good and offered enough options, especially a lot of fresh fruits. The staff was very kind and friendly. Hotel is located at the end of the busy street but you can get anywhere within a short walk. Parking is located 5 min walking from the Hotel but you can get picked up or transfered there with their e-car. We had a great stay and really recommend booking here.

A very clean, nicely decorated, centrally located hotel. Our room was bright and quiet, with an excellent view from the balcony. Beds are very comfy we had a superb rest after our hiking trips. Breakfast was very good, especially the Swiss traditional homemade muesli topped with nuts, seeds and fresh fruits. Really delicious. We definitively recommend Allalin hotel while staying in Saas Fee

It would be great to have a tea/coffee maker in the room.

Very, very nice, polite, accommodating staff, super clean and comfortable hotel with great mountain view from our room. I would definitely want to return to this hotel.

No hot water kettle. They didn't clean the porch when they cleaned our room. Had we asked, I'm sure they would have. The room lighting switches were a bit confusing as to what controlled what.

Mattress a little too soft to our taste

Breakfast was excellent - a wide selection of foods from the buffet and good coffee. An early breakfast around 6am was available for us heading into the mountains on the first cable car which was very convenient.

Our stay exceeded expectations - the staff were friendly and helpful, and even put my boots outside the door of the room after drying them overnight which was super helpful.
