Relaxed, staff and breakfast set up. Set up was buffet but "specials" and tea and coffee brought to your table. As enthousiastic swimmers, the indoor pool 25 mtrs..(?) and quality of the water and almost absence of too many other guests swimming was a dream! Also for changing and have use of the one private shower in the men's or ladies room afterwards was great. Free to use bathrobe and towels, and free flavoured water and tea, plus sunbeds left nothing more to be desired. And then I did not yet mention the view from the pool....⛰️

nice lobby, pool of good size (20m long) to have a decent swim, nice outside jacuzzi, comfortable shuttle service to the skiing area, good ski storage, underground parking lot sufficiently large.

The coffee for breakfast wasn't tasty at all. Room was very hot and heating couldn't be set as it was apparently controlled centrally. Thus, the window needed to be opened all the time which is weird in times of energy saving efforts. The arcade sport games in the underground room were a bit dated. Vegetarian restaurant was ok but expensive.

it was well situated and the free shuttle bus to the ski lifts was very convenient. the hotel was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the pool and spa facilities after skiing. the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. our room was very spacious and had great views.

it would have been nice to have a coffee machine in the room.

Adequate breakfast. Could have been more hot food available but this is Europe and the hotel breakfast represented the norm so I have no complaints.

I don't really have anything to complain about. The room was too warm for me so I had to turn the radiators off and open windows but there area is quiet so noise was not a problem, at least when I was there in any case.

Fantastic breakfast with lots of fresh healthy and delicious options. Outdoor seating in the garden was an added bonus.

We ate in the "Vegan" Restaurant. The food was delicious but we were dissappointed not to be able to sit outside on such a lovely evening. Service was great as well. Just would have liked to sit outside.

We stayed at the low cost version of this hotel: Soldanella. Everything was amazing, the rooms were good even being the low-cost version, friendly staff, access to that amazing SPA, games room, ski room, shuttle to the ski lift, and the breakfast.. OMG! I think I haven't seen such variety of food for long! It was my second stay here and won't be the last.

Small detail though: it would be nice if the spa would open till a bit longer, e.g. 9PM... instead of til 8PM

Perfect location, fantastic service and super comfy beds, also was happy to see that hotel made new Badezimmer, was very clean and really great time this year in Soldanella! The swimpool and saunas are the best recreation of energy after long day of skiing/snowboarding.

the bartender was really not friendly and was super pushy, not patient with children and not aligned with the rest of the personnel of the hotel.

Great spa, especially the swimming pool. The location and the view were perfect- close to the nature and not far from the city center.

The room temperature is same in all rooms, so no possibility to adapt it to the own needs.
