Easygoing place with comfy beds and enough space for family of four.
The card key was not working properly, we had to try many times until the doors opened. There was not enough light in the room, in comparison with pictures one table lamp was missing, which made a difference. Maybe not so important but when packing we had to switch on the torch to see.

the room was large and the location was excellent.
seems people smoke in the corridors and the smell by our room and room entrance was strong (first floor). Coming back to the room at our last night we notice the room service had took the hand soap away and had nit replaced it and the toilet paper was little and there was no extra rolls.

quick process to get the room and nice room with great location excellent for families as distance to the kids ski is 7mins away
the noisey neighbours, two nights in a row we had very noisey neighbours having parties and arguing etc. the hotel should amend their policy for such things after 10pm

There is only one thing I didn't like which affects overall rating. The room is small and have no air circulation, this with heating in winter creates so hot and dry air that one basically can't sleep. I couldn't sleep half night as needed to adjust the window to be open enough to get some air but not to be too cold. Second night was already excellent as I mastered which window needs to be open and how wide. I think this could be easily adjusted in the room with some more ventilation from outside.

Shampoo was empty - completely empty not even a little bit was left (looks like cleaning Personal never checked it) and the holder for the toilet paper was broken and laying on the bottom. Rest was clean & a great room size for 3 people.

Bed very hard, shampoo dispenser was empty, rather loud and one could clearly tell there were people smoking weed in the hotel. Even our room smelled...
