Met shuttle at the airport as and when agreed. Just made it to reception , who explained the key box - dead simple. The room was spacious , warm and clean , as was the shower W/C. Kitchenette was a lovely extra. Amazingly good value , given the location, shuttle and room quality. Highly recommended.

No shops on site or local on arrival at 10pm. Adjacent bar closed as well ( This is Sweden ) . Whilst I appreciated the kitchenette, hob , microwave and kettle , I had no access to tea or coffee to make a drink. Bring food and drink if arriving late! None of the above is a criticism, just an observation. I would highly recommend a stay here.

The apartment was clean, well-furnished and equipped. I was delighted by how high value it was for the money.

The shuttle transfer from the airport didn't come on time. I had booked it many days in advance by doing exactly as requested and should have picked me up at 22.10 but it came roughly at 22.35. I started to panic and called the number in the reservation but it never answered. When the driver finally arrived, I asked the driver and he didn't provide any justification as if he didn't care, no apology, no nothing 🫤. This is the only factor that was negative in this stay.

The shuttle bus staff are not in time and do not care if they are late - I had to call the reception to ask when they would arrive. At pick up in the airport they were 30 min. late and pick up from hotel to airport 15 min. - it is not Okay...,,!

I choose to book this hotel since my flight arriving Stockholm was quite late and the hotel is relatively near the airport. The room is not a big one for two people, but bathing facilities are satisfying.

The way during the night to find the key following textual instruction is not easy to understand and I highly recommend guest to directly watch the video for instruction! The other thing you may need to pay attention to is thst the hotel is still a bit far from the airport so if there's no public transportation during the night time at all you still need to pay around 50 euro for Uber...

Perfectly located, excellent service with the free shuttle. They code and key system worked perfectly. Everything one needs for a stay overnight before a flight. We ended up having dinner at the bistro in the hotel next door, open until 2200 hrs. Excellent food and service!!! Before that we had walked over to Scandic Hotel (wanted to stretch our legs after a lengthy bus ride) only to find they didn’t have any kitchen staff, even though advertising an open restaurant, because it was Sunday. Like people don’t travel on Sundays? Strange even for Sweden.

Free transfer (but look at the sticker on the car because they may send wrong bussstop number), good price, good value of facilities, soft beds, friendly stuff, silent place, Circle K with coffee and snacks nearby

They are very minor: they may send wrong bussstop number for a transfer (link to book it may expire, drop a message to the property, they answer very fast during working time), floor in bathroom become wet very fast due to construction of the shower, no hair dryer, no breakfast offering and no tea ( even few tea or coffee bags will be grateful.Because the stay is far long from grocery stores, restaurants. Anyway, there is gas station nearby with coffee and snacks

The staff, especially Donya was excellent. I felt at home immediately. Donna us very professional but kind and she is also very efficient. No.matter what she's there for the guests and even gave me tips on how to make my stay better. She treats the property and the guests with respect and attention. I would definitely go back because everything was better than I expected. And the staff made feel welcomed.

Everything. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is small but wonderfully practicle.

The convenience store was very close, and the free airport shuttle was efficient.

It was strange not dealing with a human; everything was done electronically, which made the welcome feel colder. And speaking of cold, the heating wasn't working, and the apartment was freezing cold. My children and I even got our noses blocked from the chill; the temperature was probably between 17 and 19 degrees Celsius. You need to be good with computers/phones for booking, payment, pickup, and key deposit!

The room was good and big enough. We stayed basically only for a few hours between our flights. Everything was clean. The hotel is located around 10 min drive from the airport. As it was night time my impression is that the hotel is in the shopping center or so, it looked an interesting place, can't tell how loud it could be in a day time or in the evening. Free shuttle bus to and from the airport. Easy to get in after closing hours as all information was sent to us.

Keep in mind about the shuttle bus. You need to book it in advance, most likely you will get a message about it. We booked our slot but we landed a bit late and we missed the bus. Also we could not book it for the next ride in the airport, probably it was booked out as it has only 8 seats. Also it looks like that it will not drive to the airport if nobody will book it, so after waiting one h in the airport we had to take a taxi - 10 min drive is 40 euro.

I have stayef a couple of times and I like how clean and confty the beds are,and not shated bathroom

That there is no 24/7 reception not shuttle, and one has to enter like doing a treasure hunt game. This time also, they needed my ID and they reached out via sms, which i dont use, while we were communicating via booking all the time. Good that I arrived when the reception was open, bevause otherwise I will not have been able to enter. Another area of improvement; they dont have hairdryers in the room not shower gel, for me somethingb basic that they should put or warn if they dont want to have those costs on, so we can bring with us.
