Wonderful location. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent each day. Our room had a large patio/balcony area where we were able to sit each night and the bed was comfortable. Small complaint they could do with better bedside lamps to enable reading. There was a fridge and a safe. The outside pool on the top floor, while small, was more than enough to help us cool down after a "hard" days sight-seeing! We would thoroughly recommend to family and friends and will stay here again.

My wife asked, twice, if the room cleaning staff would please leave some more/extra body cream but this request was ignored.

The bed was super comfortable, the cleaning staff came in every day to change out the towels and make the bed and organize. The location was perfect right next to the mushrooms 15 minute walking distance to all of the major attractions. The room was nice and cool comfortable plenty of space. I also like that there was a mini fridge in the room I purchased food at Aldi's which was about a five minute walk away and was able to save a lot eating meals in my room. There was a terrible smell when you walk in the door I'm not exactly sure what it is but it was bad and it was there the entire time. The tiny pool on the roof was not great. I would have liked if they would have been a laundry facility for yes but there was a laundromat about a 5-minute walk away.

Location was great, within walking distance to several of the main tourist attractions in the city. Our room was very good, and quite a good size for a city hotel. The air con worked very well, there was plenty of hot water and the shower worked very well. The roof pool area was well maintained and clean and tidy. There was plenty of shade if you required it. The plunge pool was a great addition, not too small but big enough to move around and cool down in. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice, some hot food, fresh fruit, pastries , jams and yoghurts of all descriptions. Nice coffee and tea. Very clean and light breakfast area, very friendly and helpful service team.

There were just a couple of niggly things that could have made it better. Yes it had coffee making facilities, but as 50% of my party didn't drink Coffee, there was no way to brew hot water to make a cup of tea. The TV was a good size and well positioned but was unable to change the language to English.

We like this place a lot; it's central, but in not too touristy a location, it's light and breezy and well air-conned, breakfast was abundant, varied and tasty, room was clean, big and comfortable. Staff were super friendly, helpful and accommodating; we came back here after a short trip away and, having been given a smaller room than the one we had had before, they had no problem giving us a bigger room. They let us use their pool and reception area after we had checked out and we were waiting to go to the airport. Even offered us coffee. Wow! Big thanks to Maria and Eugenia, superstars!

Location of the hotel was perfect, walking distance to restaurants, Bodegas and the "Mushroom" . My room was large with a desk and good size bathroom, the hotel is very elegant and modern. I like the Nespresso machine in the room so I get my coffee early as soon I awoke. The wifi was working well too. I did not have breakfast there, bu they had tea available if needed. The receptionists were very professional as they helped me to locate a Laundrymat, and made an appointment for a hairdresser pronto. They answered a lot of my questions and really Really were helpful!

It was a little noisy as I could hear a couple arguing.

Location was very central and convenient to everything we wanted. The room was clean and lovely and the breakfast buffet was very good and cheap in comparison at 10euros. The staff were all lovely and Marta was extremely helpful with booking a train for our next destination as well as cabs etc.

Sometimes there was a little bit of an odour in the foyer but i believe that may have come from the street given that these are old cities. They seem to have gotten on top of this by the end of our stay and it certainly wouldn't deter me from staying there again

The welcome was excellent , we arrived very early and couldn't access the room but were made very welcome and given advice and directions. The hotel is situated just off of one of the main squares in Seville and consequently very convenient. Good breakfast with a friendly server. The room was lovely, good shower and plenty of storage.

Whilst there was coffee machine, no kettle so we couldn't make tea in our room There was a large terrace/balcony outside of our bedroom but it was covered in debris and no where to sit The cups at breakfast were tiny so we ended up making many small cups of tea Could get noisy at night with revellers passing by

Breakfast was the same every day and very limited. As breakfast room was very small and a limited number of tables, you had to inform reception of time you’d like to eat the day before. Room 209 had limited hot water as only one could shower approximately 15 minutes and then no hot water. AC was not working properly first night but was fixed the next day.

The property is clean and modern, and very conveniently located to walk everywhere. There was a parking garage (Imagen) 3 min walk away. I love that they have extra pillows on the bed. The pool was nice on the rooftop, but keep in mind it is tiny.

The bed is a bit hard for my liking. I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids with breakfast included but we were told only 2 breakfasts were included that morning which I think is very strange when booking a room for 4 people.

Stunning building decorated to a high standard. Great rooftop pool to cool down in and relax with the sun loungers after lots of walking about. Good breakfast options, that were replenished regularly. Staff were all helpful and friendly.

Not many sun loungers and no seating options alternative on the terrace. Not entirely the hotels fault but there seemed to be a few children without parents in the pool that were not behaving very well.
