The hotel has an excellent location within a short walk of all of Seville's main attractions. The room was a great size with a fantastic bathroom. Best buffet breakfast experience of our 2 month trip! The rooftop views are great, and the pool was welcome on the hot afternoons. Super friendly and helpful reception staff.

We were disappointed re the opening arrangements for the rooftop bar. We were told by Reception that the bar would serve last drinks at 11.30pm before closing at 12am. On a couple of occasions the bar staff up there stopped serving quite sometime before 11 30pm. The rooftop was also entirely closed to hotel guests for a private function one night. Given the rooftop bar is used as quite a selling point, to close it entirely to hotel guests seems wrong. This was very disappointing.

First of all the location is perfect and the sites from the roof top breath taking. We paid a small amount to upgrade our room when we arrived and had an amazing view of the Setas. We loved the vibe of the roof Terrance bar at night and spent a bit of time there,, the staff were very attentive. The room was spotless and lots of little extras which is a nice touch. Laura on reception was the first member of staff to greet us and was so friendly and informative, sharing recommendations of bars, restaurants to try which we loved. We couldn’t have picked better and would highly recommend. We will be back!

We didn’t stay long enough!

The location is accessible to everything you need, i mean everything. The room is huge and I love that it has a Nespresso machine in the room. The staff is superbly hospitable, from Susana in front desk to the breakfast team. They all do their job with a smile. I requested for a "picnic bag" because I had to leave early for a day tour and they packed me this generous amount of food. This hotel is impressive and I'll definitely book my stay with again when I'm on Seville

Nothing. To those who are light sleepers maybe request a room higher. I was in the 2nd floor and I can just about hear the street performer/s. I'm a good sleeper so I didn't have a problem with it- i didn't even notice what time they finish

The hotel is in a great location right across from Las Setas. The room was spacious and comfortable. There is a roof top bar and small swimming pool.

We had a lot of trouble locating the hotel from the car park using Google maps. We tried phoning the hotel twice but no one answered. We asked directions from two different shop assistants, and finally found it. A big tree was obscuring the front so the sign couldn’t be seen from the other side of the street. When we arrived we were given a map with directions from the car park, but it would have been useful to have had that beforehand.

The location was excellent, central to a lot of shops, restaurants, and shows, and about 20-30 minute walk to the Plaza de Espana and the Real Alcazar. The breakfast variety was great and the staff was exceedingly friendly to us and to our child. Finally, the room was comfortable, spacious, and clean. We would stay at this hotel again.

Parking is only available in a garage nearby, and costs about 21 Euros per day. However the garage is very close to the hotel and we were so close to everything we didn't need to access our vehicle again until the end of our stay. The pool on the rooftop is fairly small (17 person maximum capacity) but it is still refreshing to be able to go take a short swim up there, and the views of the city are superb!

The property is located in a lively and beautiful area of Seville within 10 minutes of the cathedral. The views from the rooftop area are amazing, the stuff we’re very polite, friendly and welcoming, the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good, I especially enjoyed the freshly pressed orange juice.

The only reason why I would not give this property a 10 is that the shower floor looks old and dated, perhaps a little maintenance would make the difference, the same goes for the pool, it just needs a bit of love.

really loved the client service - we arrived late (10 pm and we received the last available room) and in the morning they were super kind to give us a different room :). The location is perfect - next to Setas Sevilla (if you are lucky you can see it from your room window). Restaurants downstairs have tasty food - good value for money. Breakfast is ok - same dishes every morning (inserting new things each day would be a plus). Don't miss the rooftop - the view is very nice. Pool is small, but you can enjoy it. Room very clean. Ventilation system worked ok.

you don't find slippers in all rooms :)

Perfect location as most of the attractions were within a 20 - 30 min walk, excellent breakfast especially the fresh orange juice, great shower, great sized room - (we took up an offer of an upgrade for a small extra charge) with excellent facilities - kettle, coffee machine, hairdryer, lighting, fridge, big bed. All the staff were friendly and there was a nice atmosphere throughout the hotel. The rooftop pool area was a welcome treat at the end of a busy day spent sightseeing. Plenty of good bars and restaurants nearby.

It was great very easy pleasant staff at check-in We gave a deposit for the pool towels Our room was clean and spacious Very comfortable The air conditioning was ideal for the hot conditions We went to the rooftop pool which was wonderful in the hot weather conditions, small but very inviting, it was very busy at certain times, and there was not enough sunbeds because of the busy times The staff at the rooftop bar were very pleasant and service was very good Checkout was easy and we were able to leave our bags with them as we were leaving Sevilla later that day. WiFi is good throughout the hotel with your room number as access. A very pleasant stay and we will be back as we visit Seville many times.

Everything is excellent Although the lifts to the rooms seemed to always take along time

The rooms are big, very well furnished, comfortable and even plenty of accessories in the bathroom. Even the hairdryer was professional. The structure is clearly quite new, super central. In august the swimming pool is really a treat

The rooftop area with the swimming pool is very small so it often happens not to find a deckchair and having to stay on the floor. In my case many families with children, so the area was never really free and relaxing. Also the swimming pool itself is quite small
