Amazing breakfast with wide options. A lot of natural kind of juices is a must try. Comfortable beds. Nice cleaning.

Wifi does not Work properly, a little bit unaccetable for this category of hotel. Its a huge hotel, with some events In building C.

This Barceló hotel proves that a 5 star can be affordable to common people other than world oligarchs, middle east princes, F1 drivers, world class actors or european royalties. Its cost/benefit seems unbeatable. Its superb architecture combines with that of the Expo'92 modern buildings and high tech campus around. Isla Magica, a must for the kids, is just 1 km/0.5 mile away. The space inside the hotel is wide and bright, but still fresh and cozy. There are a few shops, but very expensive. The staff are really qualified and hospitable, always ready to fulfill client's wishes. The room (2249) was very confortable, although it seemed a little less than the promised 40 m2 (still enough for a 4 member family, though.) The surroundings aren't noisy, but beeing next to the elevators is always a guarantee that some customers will talk too loud while they're waiting their turn to go downstairs (this is not a hotel attribute, i recognize.) The swimming pools are wide enough (although not the olympic size!) and its surroundings are beautiful, with vast green areas very well treated. There's an inside pool that will be attractive in the low season. Breakfast was a party time for the kids, since they found almost everything they enjoy - and the adults too! The restaurants offer a mix of world food and gourmet dishes that fit the taste of almost anyone. Make a reservation if you bring your kids with you and avoid that way waiting a bit for a table. By the way, i couldn't imagine a better offer for the families that wish to visit the hot Sevilla and have a beautiful swimming pool by the end of the day. It's not far but not to close to the city center and you'll have to take a taxi or a bus to go to the magnificent old Sevilla (leave your car at the hotel surroundings: it's free and secure and you'll save 16€ a day.) We really enjoyed this hotel a lot. And we've seen some in our lifes...

There is a very weak sewer smell around the reception. This is maybe due to bad engineering or building and it must be a difficult problem to address, but definitely it is not a lack of hygiene! As i stated above, rooms next to the elevators can be subject to other customers' moods (or drinks drunk...). In the first couple of days one can feel lost inside the hotel. Leave some strawberries on the floor between your room and the swimming pool. In the end of the dives, you'll find it useful to find your way back to the room (joking, cmon!). Nothing else negative.

The out side of the hotel and complex is very pleasing but over shadowed by the well designed elegant sophisticated reception and interior. The check in staff were very friendly and appreciative of our different language needs. Dinner in the restaurant was lovely and rather reasonably priced for the quality and wonderful service. Having travelled from the circuit at Jerez , we travelled to Sevilla ready to fly home to England and stopped off at this hotel just for the evening and night wishing we could stay longer. It was nice to be able to watch the World Cup in reception and the second half in our room. It was particularly memorable sitting with Spanish supporters watching Spain play

Very nice place to stay for Family with young children. Super Family friendly hotel. Our children love it. Huge breakfast selection. Friendly services. The restaurants are good, they have a good steak restaurant. The location is great. It's next to Aqua theme park Isla Magica. 10 min. by walking you are at Alameda de Hércules where you can find many restaurants and bars. I can recommend this Hotel especially for Families.

The regular restaurant is OK. They do have some typical Tapas, however I recommend to offer more Tapas selections from the region. Foodwise Andalusia have a lot to offer and sometimes you just want to enjoy the evening at the nice Hotel facility without going out.

We had a wonderful holiday at Barceló Sevilla Renacimiento. The room was spacious, clean and very well maintained. There were dressing gowns, a stocked fridge and the beds were so comfy - there was plenty of room for me, my husband and our daughter. There were also lovely shops in the foyer and there were lovely restaurants with amazing food. There was a children’s pool and an adult’s pool. We stayed in the children’s pool with our daughter and the hotel staff organised Zumba classes which our daughter loved. The hotel was located close to the centre of Seville so it was very easy for us to travel around to see all of the attractions. We would recommend this hotel highly and would come back again. We had a suite with a garden which worked really well for our family. Breakfast busy but very good. Pool area lovely and no scramble for beds. Staff were great … maybe a little more orientation at check in? Alejandro’s cocktails were superb. Innovative Hotel was immaculate, inside and out.

It’s not walkable to old town but we knew that and you sacrifice location for space … both inside and outside hotel. Wouldn’t get rooms or communal areas that size in the centre. Easy, cheap taxi or Uber/Cabify to main areas/attractions in Sevilla (less than €10). Bottled water in room was only free on first night. Discovered if you register for Barcelo rewards, then you get them. Again, not explained at check in. Few more staff on a bigger omelette/egg/pancake station would help the morning queues.

Room was spacious, very comfortable and clean. Facilities very good.

1. No hotel parking for clients. Parking was public and full for the duration of our stay. 2. Although there were several restaurants, we had to get a taxi to the centre because all tables were reserved. It would have been nice to have had a select area for hotel guests.

A very good location for us as a ‘overnight ’ stop (we were driving to the Algarve so wasn’t using it as a base to see Seville). Excellent facilities. Staff very attentive and helpful (I’m a self confessed and ashamedly fussy customer in hotels). Easily accessible from the motorway network. Room service very quick. Nice bathroom with all required facilities.

Very ‘corporate’ in feel (not sure if that’s actually a criticism; just an observation! A darn long walk from reception to the room, could have done with a Segway to help me.

If I would have to choose from among the best perks of this hotel, the breakfast would be my first choice. It's a 5 stars breakfast, with a plethora of options for everyone. Perfect when traveling with kids who want to test everything. Second would be the staff (reception, restaurant, cleaning, pool, concierge) with an incredible can-do attitude (btw some big Kudos for Noelia). Third, the family rooms have a good size, the furniture is comfortable and everything is really clean. In terms of location, the hotel per-se is not really close to the center, but if you combine your staying with a hop-oh/hop-off 24h/48h bus ticket you can take advantage of their free drop-on/off train to the closest bus station. Not only convenient, but also really fun for the kids. Taxis charge around 7 EUR from the hotel to almost any central location in Seville, so it's a decent way to move around. There were many guests using Cabify and Uber, so if that's your choice for transportation, you won't be disappointed. P.S. We had an anniversary in our group and the hotel surprised us with a nice cake and drinks. Nice surprise!!! So, bonus for that too.

The bathrooms is the only place where they have to pay more attention to detail. The shower module buttons were faulty (they kept falling from the module when using them), the ceiling of one bathroom had a stain and also, on the same ceiling you can see a loose hanging rail, remnant of a previous sliding door system that was removed. Yet, the bathroom per se, otherwise perfect.

Additionally, the rooms were of a decent size, providing ample space for comfort and relaxation. However, I must mention that for families of three or four, the room size might feel a bit tight and crowded. It would be wonderful if the hotel could offer larger family-sized rooms to accommodate such groups more comfortably. Moving on to the culinary offerings, the breakfast at the hotel was a delightful experience. The selection was diverse, offering something for every palate. I thoroughly enjoyed the variety of choices available. My only suggestion here is that the addition of more vegan hot breakfast options would truly elevate the experience for vegan guests, ensuring that they have a wider range of choices to enjoy. The restaurants had various choices available. The hotel's pool area was undoubtedly a highlight of my stay. The pool itself was great, and the entertainment provided a lively atmosphere. I particularly relished the pool classes by Vera and her team. They brought energy and enthusiasm to the sessions, making them both enjoyable and beneficial. Moreover, the array of activities available for guests was impressive. From the various entertainment options to the presence of a mini club for kids, there was no shortage of things to do. The location of the hotel is also great , close to Isla magica with trains running to and from every 15/20 min from 10am to 1 pm. Special mention to Anna (front office manager) and Silvia Aguaded (Guest Experience Manager) and the waiters team at the restaurant for making our stay memorable.
