We had the pleasure of staying at Summun Boutique Hotel in Palma City, Majorca, and it was truly a delightful experience. As we walked in, the captivating scent that enveloped the lobby immediately set the tone for a luxurious stay. The hotel's ambiance was lovely, exuding a perfect blend of modern elegance and comfort. The staff at Summun Boutique Hotel went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. One staff member, Guillermo, stood out with his incredible attentiveness and dedication to ensuring every detail of our visit was impeccable. We would especially like to thank Guillermo for his exceptional service. The accommodations were comfortable and well-appointed, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploring the beautiful city of Palma. The exceptional staff truly made Summun Boutique Hotel a memorable destination. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking an extraordinary stay in Palma City, Majorca. Just a side note if you are looking to relax on the rooftop all day rather than explore the spa & rooftop facilities need to be booked in hourly slots

We were apprehensive about travelling during the pandemic and how it might impact our experience at the hotel. All our fears were allayed when we arrived at the hotel by the staff, who, over a glass of cava, explained everything about the current setup of the hotel, the best local restaurants to visit, and the beaches to avoid crowds on. Booking the plunge pool on the roof means you get a private suntrap to yourself, which is a definite silver lining! A gorgeous building with comfortable, if not palatial, rooms, the added bonus of a private terrace meant we could enjoy a little private relaxation when we wanted to step off the streets of Palma for the afternoon. Having stayed all over Spain, this was the warmest and most accommodating staff at a luxury hotel I've encountered - and the fact they helped us book our lateral flow tests at a local clinic without a hitch topped it off. Thank you to everyone there for making our break from the madness of the last 18 months a genuine relief!

Very clean, great service, lady who welcomed us was wonderful throughout the stay, very courteous and great at her job. Location is great. Breakfast is good and caters to different tastes, with meals being made to order as well as continental. Spa was wonderful as was rooftop section, nice to get drinks ordered there as well. Loved our stay and would defo be back xx

It would have been a 10/10 experience had we got the chance to dine in the restaurant, however it was closed during our stay.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the center of Palma. Restaurants shops and cafes walking distance. A 3 minute walk to Passeig del Born. Super attentive and friendly staff. Comfortable and beautiful rooms. The only down during my stay was that the restaurant was closed. The only service was breakfast, which was very well presented and served in a cute pretty terrace. Overall loved this boutique hotel and would stay there again.

Location is superb, lovely rooftop, rooms are comfortable, great beds, nice Chopard amenities too. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Sauna and spa were nice too.

Breakfast options were very limited, as were the room service options. No turndown service, which usually you would get in a hotel like this - but that's me being picky!

The house is absolutely beautiful, very old and so nicely styled. The room was very nice, a huuuuge bed, very firm (as I like it), the Spa in the basement a real treat and the breakfast really delicious. This all very nice but the thing that really stood out is the absolutely professional, friendly, helpful and just brilliant personnel.

Really nothing to complain about

Look no further, this is the best 5* hotel to stay in Palma. In no other place the customer service is so exceptionally good. Staff is very polite, friendly, and cannot do enough for you but in a very natural way. They all look like really enjoy working at Summum. And no request is a problem for them to complete. Beautifully restored old mansion house with a soul, cherishing the history of the place. Fab mix of old and new. Rooms are spacious with massive and very comfortable beds. Bed linen and quality of towels is superb. Massive walk in shower that is just lush. If you like me like going somewhere where every detail is looked after then this is the best choice you can make. I have been coming to Mallorca for years and cannot believe I discovered this place so late. I would definitely come back. P.S. Eggs Benedict are cooked to perfection! 10/10 with every breakfast order.

Small luxurious hotel in the old town. The rooms were beautifully furnished. We loved the roof terrace (this had to be booked as you had exclusive use of it). The staff were very attentive and welcoming. Also liked the inner courtyard where we had breakfast.

Rooms were small. Not much room to put a suitcase. Shower was excessively large (looked like it had been designer for 2 people but only had one shower attachment)

Everything! The staff are outstanding. We were really early, yet they welcomed us warmly, took our bags, gave us a lovely welcome drink and checked us in early. The room was gorgeous, with the most sumptuous bed ever. The toiletries, Chopard, smelled so divine, I wanted to take them home with me! Lovely slippers, robes, towels, etc. I loved everything about the hotel - smelled gorgeous too. Great location too!!! Will definitely return, 100% and probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in, in Palma.

This historical building has been renovated with great taste. The hotel is beautiful and calm. Breakfast is delicious and is served in a beautiful courtyard. Heartfelt gratitude to the staff at the hotel. The service was impeccable and they assisted me with any request. Thank you for making my stay unforgettable.
