Palma Riad - Adults Only

Elegant hotel on a nice quiet street, moments from shopping and bustling old town streets. The courtyard is a beautiful space in which to enjoy a delightful and extensive breakfast. Our room was perfect- spacious, beautiful decor, large bathroom with a fantastic soaking tub (we loved it!). We stayed in a room with a day bed which was a perfect place for a siesta in the afternoon. The air conditioning was epically good- such a rarity in the Mediterranean in general. Staff was wonderful. Would come back again anytime we visit Mallorca.

Would be nice to have parking options on site or a voucher for the public lot.

A beautiful property - very Moorish/Moroccan in style. Rooms dark and moody which was fantastic initially although the lack of light was slightly frustrating at times. Huge bath which was fabulous. The staff were exceptional - very keen to please and welcoming. The hotel is perfectly situated in the centre of Palma close to Cathedral, old town and plenty of good restaurants and bars for eating and drinking.

Slight recurring issues with water and electrics going off but usually only for a few minutes. The bar was not open when we arrived and until the evening which meant we couldn’t have a glass of something. But that was not a huge inconvenience. It just would have been nice to kickoff with a drink in the small but attractive cocktail bar s we were with 2 other couples and at times sitting around waiting for each other.

Its the little things, all those details. If all fits together you might not like the aesthetics, but when the overall picture is defined in coherence to the smallest detail you have to appreciate it. Wait! Just imagine if you actually like the style. I personally have fallen in love with this dim, dark room. The walls are not exactly black, more like onyx black but it just feels right when coming back from mega sunny street. The interior achieves its style through thoughtful solutions, craftmanship and smart ideas. This is something I appreciate very much. Like the wallpaper on the closet's front doors matching the fabric on bed's headboard. nice. All smart house controlled.

Lovely property and amazing staff

We unfortunately had many ants in our room (4) and this made us feel rather uncomfortable. When making the staff aware they got us another room for the night and housekeepers came in and cleaned our room. Unfortunately with the heat ants still appeared in the room but the hotel gave us a bottle of champagne to say sorry. And I suppose that’s the 5 star touch.

Amazing huge Room. Beautiful interior and great atmosphere. Everybody who loves design and Soho House vibes will love this place. Super lovely staff in all areas- very helpful and warm welcome.

Breakfast was good but could improve.

Stunning venue. I love the atmosphere of this hotel. Each room seems to have a different vibe. Number 8 was my personal favourite of the ones I saw. Breakfast is rather small but fresh and delicious. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Awesome location to explore the city from.

There is no pool. The sister hotel a few streets away however is however granting access to their pool for guests of this venue.

I left a piece of my heart at Palma Riad !! I don’t know where to start from but from the moment we entered the hotel we were greeted with this majestic OUD smell and a smiling friend Lucas . The kind of detailing each room had was just remarkable a big salute to Pablo peyra for putting his expertise to this project . It is hard for me to pick one corner and say this was beautiful in specific, every corner has been given great attention giving any visitor a speechless experience. The staff was really kind , it’s hard that you come across such warm and hospitable staff in the Europe but Lucas , Daniel and team made us feel at home and special , again not to forget attention was paid to every details as we were vegetarian the chef altered some dishes and presented to us . I have stayed in multiple big hotel chains and bunch of Botique hotels but Palma Riad aces it all in the Europe region so far . Big shoutout to the man behind this beautiful creation Toni Ramis , the property speaks loud of your passion and larger than life nature . The property is just not an institution to make money rather leave a long lasting memory in the guest mind that brings him back everytime . Sending you guys all the love back Shailesh & Komal

Beautiful boutique hotel right in the heart of Palma. Staff were always extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay as relaxing as possible, nothing was too much trouble. The room itself is like stepping into a Riad in Morocco, the decor and theme really works. The bed is large and comfortable and the huge bath in our suite was also a highlight. Thank you to all at Hotel Riad for making our stay so memorable and especially to Sergi, Lukas and Natalia who were all amazing!!

The location is perfect The decor is beautiful as per the photos Day beds are super comfortable Breakfast is buffet and hot options

Snack menu for the restaurant wasn’t on offer and would have been ideal in the storm but only minor because of the weather when we stayed.

The staff were absolutely excellent!! Room was lovely and clean and had all the amenities you required

We were informed breakfast was a buffet prior to being given our menus for our egg selection therefore had already picked food from the buffet! Which felt like a shame as perhaps wouldn’t have gone for the buffet selection as this was very small. The cooked egg breakfast was very average and probably wouldn’t want this again
