Location is central to most things. We walked everywhere we wanted to see. The hotel is spotless. The outdoor pool was closed but the rooftop solarium is lovely with great views. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend

Pool being closed

Room was lovely, spacious and had a great bathroom and shower. The room also comes with a free mini bar - water, coke and beer which is replenished daily. Breakfast had a good amount on offer. Location was excellent for us, very central and not too far from the coast. Spa, swimming pool and gym are excellent.

The hotel rooms unfortunately do not have any tea or coffee facilities. We asked for a kettle, but it was an additional 2 euros per day. Room walls are a little thin, we could hear the family next door very clearly unless its that they were extremely loud. TV connects to your phone which is great for casting, but it only lasted 1 day out of 4 for some reason. Breakfast was good, but a better selection of milk would be great, only whole milk available. Cold meats are also limited and no granola.

The staff were very efficient and friendly. The decor was nice and plain and pleasant. We really enjoyed having a balcony to sit on in the sunshine. The free cans of cola and beer in the mini-bar was a very nice touch.

I enquired before leaving home whether the pool would be open or not and was told it was 'dependant on the weather'. As the weather was 24 degrees we thought it was likely to have been good enough weather. When we arrived we were told that the pool is closed for maintenance at this time of year and that 24 degrees is not warm by Spanish standards. This is all quite reasonable but would therefore have been more helpful to let us know when I emailed before leaving home that the pool is not open at this time of year.

Room was spacious and very clean, minibar was included (water, cola and some beer), and the shower cabin was big. Beds are super duper comfortable! We've slept more than we've planned😄 Staff is friendly and caring. Breakfast was excellent. Location is at the old city's edge, so quiet at night, and around 10-15 mins on foot from the cathedral. The main bus station is nearby, 5-7 mins, Estacion Intermodal

Rooftop bar is absolute disappointment. Worse daiquiri in my life. And it closes at 23:00, which is too early for the hotel bar, as for me. Better to have some house wine in Casa Gallega Avenidas, a restaurant just around a corner.

Booked this particular hotel on the basis of location and value for money Also it’s facilities like the pool and having showers to use after check out as we had quite a late flight home On the morning we were to stay we were contacted to see if we could relocate due to some issue but unfortunately because we were only there for one night and had specifically booked it for convenience to the centre and a local restaurant we had booked months ago, we were unfortunately unable to help the hotel with this request - Naturally the hotel had to accept our booking so we went ahead and stayed there Really glad we did as I have to say it was an incredible stay Everything from the staff and the welcome we received was fantastic Beautiful rooftop area (bar, comfortable seating and plenty of sun beds) There is a pool but I would say it’s only for cooling off as opposed to swimming as it’s quite small You get a few beverages complimentary in your mini bar fridge and while there was no coffee/tea making facilities in our particular room, you could get free coffee via the machine at the rooftop area from 8am Staff were super helpful and I would 10/10 recommend this hotel

Door in bedroom doesn’t quite reach the ground so there was a layer of light shining into the room at night and bed aligned with door No biggie just something to be aware of

we loved the Art in the . The roof terrace was such a lovely space to sit and chill. the food was very good . we had two dinners and thoroughly enjoyed both. The beds were comfy. The hotel is situated well for the centre of town and for getting our and about.

Everything was good but perhaps the breakfast dishes could be a bit warmer

Spacious corner room - I stayed on the 4th floor Majority of staff Facilities / gym / spa / pool ( a must) Breakfast - a little bit difficult to find where the fruits are ( hidden on what looks like pots on a stand ) 😂 Location - can't be beaten - you can walk everywhere

I would give a 10 to this hotel because I truly enjoyed the experience - the only letdown is the pool/breakfast area - I am not sure where the problem is coming from - no training? Not enough staff? The breakfast was delicious but everything was very messy - many dirty tables even though there were three/four of them working There should be someone cleaning the upper deck from time to time. I stayed in the hotel for 6 nights and only once the upper deck was presentable- I feel there was only one staff for the entire two floors - it’s just not enough! I spoke to many of them and A lot of them were just tired Come on - you guys need to sort that out - no one likes seeing the girls and boys upstairs struggling

LOCATION - the hotel is located on the edge of Palma's centre. That means that just within 2 walking minutes you have reached the main shopping street, but the streets around the hotel were already quiet and nothing was disturbing you in the evening and during the night. Of course you will find everything needed around the hotel - restaurants, street food, supermarkets, local products, market... You can reach the cathedral in 15 minutes of walking. The main reason we have decided to book this hotel is the fact, that it's really close to the main bus/train station - just 10 minutes away. We wanted to do many trips with the public transport and this location fitted very well into our plans. BREAKFAST - excellent. They have dedicated a part of the breakfast buffet to the specialties from Mallorca, which is absolutely amazing. If you are like me and you need to try as many local specialties as possible, you will find this breakfast attractive. Of course there was the classical warm/cold, sweet/salty, healthy/unhealthy offer as well. We have enjoyed the breakfast. STAFF - everybody we have spoken to was very friendly and helpful. I would like to thank them for their help with some plans we had and also during our very early departure on the last day. I am sorry that I didn't remember the ladies names, who helped us with the scooter rent or individual breakfast in the early hours on our departure day. Paco had some great tips for food, tapas in the very close area. ROOM - we had an economy room, so of course you don't expect a large suite, so everything was OK in this category. The complimentary minibar is a very nice surprise. The toiletries in the bathroom were: conditioning shampoo, shower gel, body lotion and hand wash, all in regular size bottles, so there was enough of it. OTHER HOTEL SERVICES - we didn't use anything else, we can't comment

ROOM - we are not fans of the one big blanket for a double bed, but we still had some fun with this :-D, so that's not a big deal BATHROOM - please, add a toilet brush. A fan/air ventilation would be great

.It is a beautiful hotel and it is ideally situated for the centre of Palma. The rooms are spacious with a mini fridge and really good air conditioning system. Towels were changed daily and our sheets every 2 or 3 days. There was 3 different times you could choose for Breakfast. 7-8, 8-9, or 9-10. Breakfast was amazing with a selection of fresh fruit, various cereals, yogurts, various crusty breads, including bread for toasting. There was also a various cold ham, cheese etc, along with cooked food. There's a selection of fruit juices and sweet croissants and pastries. Staff were always friendly. Roof top bar and restaurant was lovely with a great selection of food, drinks, cocktails and ice cream. There was also a lovely plunge pool at the far end. I wa there for 5 days, and loved it and look forward to returning to this hotel again soon.

There was nothing I disliked about this hotel. I Enjoyed every aspect of my stay.

1) Hotel is between apartments thats why there is no view. Better keep the curtains closed whole time.
