Friendly staff. Also food was good. Room was clean as well. Not bad.

Food was the same every day (breakfast and dinner), no changes, so it's good for just 2 days, after that you will eat the same again and again. Also, they are very very strict and checking covid passes. I know it's government rule, but many restaurants dont do it. We sit at the table for breakfast and someone from staff came to us and asked us to show him covid passes, even when we eat. So its very very strict. Why you dont check it at check in and thats all? Why you are bothering customers every single breakfast, dinner every day again and again. Other this were good.Also you need to reconnect to wifi every day aand you need to put there your ID number to get access again.

Check in was easy, handled by efficient and friendly staff. The room was very good, and we had a sea view without having to pay extra. Service in the bar was good. Breakfast was well worth the price, a huge selection of food and drinks. At the end of service they do not hustle you out or make you feel like you should leave, it was very relaxed. The underground car park was a nice feature, we could leave the car in safety and it was easy to get to and from in the elevator.

There were a couple of minor problems in the room (611). A drawer was not working properly and there were gaps in the flooring but these were minor issues that I did not refer to during the stay.

We had a room with a large double bed, which was very comfortable. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and gave good local advice. The seaview was nice, I recommend a higher floor so that you don't hear the road so much. It's very convenient for the beach and some great places so eat, and not too long to get into the centre.

The WiFi was not very good in the room, during our stay we both needed to work and it wasn't possible in the room, we had to move downstairs where it was noisier. Breakfast was varied but a bigger hot food selection would be nice for the extra cost.

Vey nice and clean room! Nice view from the room's window! The bed was pretty comfy! The location of the hotel is close to the beach, many restaurants and coffee shops. The staff was friendly and polite!

It was a bit noisy, maybe thin walls. The window frames (in our room and in the neighbouring rooms) needed to be fixed. Once the window is open, it is very hard to close it. You can easily hear someone (from the rooms next to our), trying to close the windows repeatedly. And it is not pleasant if this is happening in the middle of the night.

Good location in the sense that it is away from the crowds and noise of the old town, the beach and the sea are across the road from the hotel (just cross a wide 8 lanes boulevard). The hotel is well maintained, modern and minimalist style. The room is well furnished, tasteful interior design, very comfortable bed, good pillows, clean bathroom, cleaning staff does their job well. Breakfast is good, not very varied and the same every day (we stayed 5 days and nothing changed).

Nothing important, some issues related to room maintenance (but not related to cleaning).

We really liked the location. It's 2 min away from the beach, it's right next to the taxi station and the city center didn't feel that far away either (a 40 min long but pleasant walk along the coastline or a 10 min taxi ride). There are also very nice restaurants in the neighborhood, which we preferred to the ones in the center which can be too touristy. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the double bed is huge and very comfy. We didn't have a room with a "seaside view" but you could actually see the beach and also see the mountains in the distance. There's a diverse minibar and the toileteries kit in the bathroom is very well equipped. Last but not least, the breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful and professional!

The bed's headboard was weirdly shaped and it was very easy to hit your head against one of the inner corners. The hairdrier would overheat easily which would make it turn off for a while until it cooled down. The water pressure was quite low. The sink was a bit awkwardy placed, and you couldn't turn on the water too much or it would splash over you. This is very subjective, but for us the experience would have been perfect if we had a shower instead of a bathtub, but this is just our preference. There were no problems with the bathtub, it was clean and the water drained properly.

Friendly staff, nice restaurant, next to the beach, free parking was not a problem (we were there in January, in summer it must be different)

- A bit too far from the city center - No hair conditioner in the room (one should ask at the reception to get some), and instant coffee in the room is only one sachet of decaf coffee+one portion of regular coffee, so we could not have regular coffee both of us but one of us had to drink decaf. These are really small things, and provided our feedback to the reception, so hopefully they will be fixed quickly.

Excellent location. Fabulous beach across the road. A paradise ! Taxi stand right outside the hotel and very in expensive to travel. Taxi operators by far get personable and honest. Even with language barrier travel was pleasant. Big Thanks to Juan for the great hospitality and helping with our special diet requirements. Got a lot of useful info from him regarding Malaga! Will surely come back again. Also all the staff at the reception were very cordial and helpful and went above and beyond helping me contacting my airlines to make changes! Five Star services!!

Location

Location was really nice, just 2 minutes from the sea, Rooms were big and comfy. Many from the staff doesn't speak english but they are always trying to help you the best then can. The reception was very helpful with any small requests we might have had! We had to have a very early morning checkout, everything was organised very nice and smoothly, with breakfast boxes for us, coffee to take away and taxi waiting behind the door .

The breakfast was very nice BUT we have stayed for 12 nights and it didn't change AT ALL. I wish the warm food provided changed from time to time at least ... I wish the rooms had a balcony..or some sort of facility to dry cloths..being in a sea side hotel you always end up having wet cloths that never dry in the humid bathroom ...

This new hotel is on the south/west side of Malaga overlooking the beach and a lovely park (Parque del Oeste), a pleasant short walk from the nearest metro stop and easy to access the airport. We had a lovely bright room. Friendly staff who met our requests and let us check in bang on 2pm. Would return.

There is a pleasant combined bar/reception area rather ruined by 2 men conducting their business very loudly on their phones in the middle of the room whilst others were relaxing. It would be good if the hotel had a separate area for such customers to conduct their business.
