Love old world charming hotels and this is one!!!! Fab location and so so clean. Didn't eat there but menus looked lovely👍👍👍👍👍

It wasn't a deal breaker but I found the bed somewhat uncomfortable, a bit hard and feel it would have benefitted from a thicker mattress. TV wasn't working but again not a deal breaker and we didn't even mention it to the staff.

The location was great, right on the Plaza and near the beach. Breakfast was also good-- lots of options-- and not very expensive. The room was comfortable-- bedroom and sitting room. And netflix on the bedroom TV!

Finding it was confusing. We parked our car (with blinkers going) on the side of the road and I walked all around before finally finding the entrance, maneuvering bags and then parking elsewhere in the city was a challenge-- but-- in the end, not really too much of a problem. Just confusing at first.

Location- in the main square, by the sea and very near the old town and marina, loads of bars and restaurants around, very close to all amenities Beautifully kept, very classy and elegant big and comfortable corner room, with view to the sea and the square. Great beds! Really friendly and helpful reception staff.

This hotel was everything we could wish for. friendly helpful staff, incredible location, comfortable room with little balcony and view of the bay. It is city Centre so of course there was some nighttime noise but we are city dwellers so we’re used to that. we would definitely choose this hotel again when we next visit Gijón

we loved everything

We stayed in the modern part of the hotel. The room was very spacious with a very large, comfortable bed and a good sized bathroom. The location was perfect and the staff were very friendly.

The paintwork on walls could be freshened up to make it look cleaner in places.

The location – close to where the action is but still rather quiet, the ocean view... receptionist was a jolly good fellow... breakfast was OK, but the orange juice and the coffee were subpar. The cafeteria – which you have to pass through to get to the breakfast room – offers better options.

I reserved a smoke-free room, or so I thought. That's what it said on the form. So I didn't bother asking for it in the comments field or at the reception. So I was surprised to see that our floor was equipped with rooms where smoking was allowed. Also, one of the neighbors had a dog in the room, but when I reserved I didn't see that the hotel was pet friendly. I could have avoided going through the trouble of having to reserve a spot at a dog kennel at one hour's drive...

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, great wee restaurant with set menus-€15 two courses with a bottle of wine!! Great location. Parking within 5 mins walking distance.

Perfect location. Room had two balconies. One with a view of the square & one the sea. The staff were very friendly. Godd breakfast for the price.

The bathroom smelt damp & I got eaten alive by mosquitos. There was nocaur conditioning so we had to leave the windows open

location of the property is perfect and the staff is great. They always try to make you feel at home and go beyond their way to make you comfortable. we always try to stay at this hotel.

Location, level of service

Issues with the shower. When taking the shower the water was leaking from the bottom part of the shower box. Very noisy neighborhood, due to ancient building repairs starting at 6:00AM. Breakfast was not 4* hotel level.
