Hotel Zaragoza Plaza

The location was excellent. It was clean and comfortable. The front desk was very nice and helpful.

It was a little noisy one night.

San Sebastian is a wonderful city, unique in many respects. If you've never been, go. If you have been, you'll go back again. The one downside of the city is the lack of hotel accommodation and as a result rooms tend to be expensive in comparison to other cities. In this light, Hotel Zaragoza Plaza is a good option; comfortable rooms, reasonably priced and very well located - just one street back from the promenade and 10 minutes walk from the Old Town and its myriad pintxo bars where you'll likely spend the evenings.

Location was perfect, 1min from the beach and close to everything. Good check in experience and nice staff.

Small interior window so no light or air at all coming in. Luckily I was so close to the beach that I spent my days outside, but it's not a room where you would stay long. Small room with barely enough space to even open the closet.

Excellent location 100metres from the seafront. Short walk to the oldtown. Safe area. There is no breakfast available in the hotel but there is a lovely cafe across the road run by a very friendly lady. Excellent breakfast there. The rooms are small but we were there for sightseeing and the size of the room did not matter.

I suppose a slightly bigger room. When people ask for twin room, perhaps make sure that the beds are apart rather than together like a double.

The location was excellent with easy access to the beach and Old Town. The staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. Facilities excellent.

The size of the rooms were small and apparently the reason for the properties one star rating although everything else exceeded what many other properties with higher ratings have on offer.

Located close to seafront and town. Close to both types of railway stations. Pleasant staff and very nice buffet breafast.

Room was more a single room with double bed squeezed in. Would have preferred a kettle to a coffee machine, being a tea drinker. No milk available, even with coffee.

Guys on reception were very helpful. I didn't get the man's name but he was really helpful. I was looking to book tickets for the soccer match and he helped with how to get the tickets and also printed the ticket for me whilst giving me precise directions of how to get to the game. Room with nice and location was very close to the old town but enough away not to be noisy and very close to the beach.

The room size and location were great.

They advertise there is a Nespresso in the room. There is but they only provide two pods and a packet of sugar. Anything after that is a charge. Also, the AC unit was filthy and made the room smell musty and like cigarette smoke when it ran.

Well, rated as one star hotel, everything was perfect, location, cleanliness, etc. Furthermore the staff was available and kind to recommended me places for everything that I asked for. Everything was absolutely great. More than my expectations for an one star hotel as I mentioned above.

Clean, everything what is needed for your trip is in your room (fridge, gels/shampoos, coffee, blankets etc.), amazing staff!

We came to a property when there was a repair in the park in front of the hotel and it was noisy the whole day. Moreover, during the nights they were repairing the roads so was even more noisy than during the day. Impossible to sleep but still nice place if the repair ends.
