Modern hotel. Large comfortable rooms Spacious bathroom with shower gel, toothbrush kit, shaving kit etc Great air conditioning Private Garage parking under the hotel Bar and restaurant on site. Wonderful buffet breakfast. 2 min walk to the city tram that takes you into town/ beach for 1.05 euro. Lots of bars and restaurants close by, we found a great Tapas bar called Tasca Dairo about a 7 minute walk away. You can cancel your daily room cleaning and get money off from bar / restaurant purchases. Would stay here again.

Good size of rooms, high pressure of the shower. Reseptionist, don't remember his name, sorry, he was attentive to our questions and gave to us all information in what we were needed. Across the road to the train and bus stations-what was important to us and city centre is not too fur. Modern hotel. Thanks to all teams! It was nice stay.

Cleanese, close to train station across the road , spacy comfortable junior suits equiped with kitchenate. The hotel is also 12 min walk from city center. Joiner suits are of very good price compared to spacy they provide

Delay during checkout, due to mistakes in invoice. But to be fair I always stay in civis Luz but that was the only time I had this issue with wrong invoices. Breakfast could be better

We stayed in a modern one bedroom apartment that that had a large comfortable bed and a great shower room. There were also two large, flat screen tv's, one in sitting room and one in the bedroom.

The waitress in the restaurant had a very officious attitude. We had booked a table and although the restaurant was empty she acted as though we were trying to gate crash a wedding reception!

Cleanse, Value for money location close to train station, 12 min walk from city center. Juniorsuite is spacy and has kitchenate. Very suitable for business trips

Breakfast could be better with more variety of foad for the 13 euros they charge Breakfast staf are impolite. You have to ask for iron to get one. Empty mini bar despite request to fill it.

The location it’s just 10min driving to the beach and 5min from the downtown.

for a 4 star hotel it's a shame that the staff speak too little English, I had trouble finding an employee during breakfast who speaks English, since the Covid-19 situation does not allow you to serve alone, so an employee who speaks English was not easy. That should be an improvement point, in order to satisfy more customers.

Really lovely affordable hotel in downtown castillon right across from the train station and the bus station everyone was friendly I was able to get directions downtown it was great

Nothing that I didn't like everything was wonderful

It was very convenient, being located just across the street from the station and bus stop, it is clean.

Lesser amenities than a standard 4 start hotel such as slippers, bath robes, not even 2 of each in terms of items to be used by both room inhabitants.

Nothing! But I have to say, just ignore the reviews that say the bathroom fittings aren't new enough. The bathrooms are clean and probably nicer than most people's homes. A little wear on the tap from daily cleaning isn't something to complain about!

It was comfortable and it was close to the town centre, the staff were amazing and nice. The rooms were clean and it was a good size for 4 people.
